I can always use a good book to help me calm my "monkey mind" and focus. This was not a good book.
It gets two stars because if it was my first book on the topic, I'd find some use in it. It isn't. And it spends way too much time talking about the benefits of mindfulness instead of showing the how-to stuff.

not a quick read if you read to understand and put in practice, but trully an essential.

I think it was contains same things as in other meditation and mindfulness books. If you don't add the paintings and drawings there was nothing unique about it. It was boring for me even though it was a short book but it may entertain people that love this type of books. Its just wasn't for me.

Good book to use if you are trying to be more mindful and present in your life. Has a good intro to meditation.
