Demon Valley Marked
Once again we get the pleasure to enjoy another fantastic book from Avery. This book picked up where the last left off and gave us some clues into the very secrets that were hidden from Lexie, Malifer and Nathan. Secrets that have a bigger impact on the future of their packs, and ultimately the world.
With so much information being given to us, I have to say that I can’t possibly share with you all the gained information that we now have access to. So many possible spoilers to disclose all I Can definitely advise is that you hurry and download this book now…find out why I’m jumping up and down in excitement as I’m running off to do a re-read to absorb all the new information.

Lex is my favroite
I think out of all the female leads Lex is my favorite. She is a perfect mix of confident and innocent. This book for me was fantastic, it gave us another depth to Malifer that we hadn't seen before. It also showed us that even the strongest individuals have trouble feeling like they are good enough. I won't go into detail to keep it a secret! I will say if you have a trigger when reading about someone going through deep self-introspection then be warned. However, I shouldn't really have to warn you because Avery writes a lot of her books like that so......
Girl this was a A++++++ for me!!!

fair warning,
There are HUGE monologues in the first 50% of this book. It felt like one big monologue after the other until everyone’s secrets were out in the open. Then you had maybe an hour (with my reading speed) of some action which was just Lexi gathering the demons around some open field.
I’m also torn on how I feel about this series, I obviously loved the first book, which lead me to this one. But Malifer comes off as self sacrificing and… weak, which he complains about A LOT in ALL of this inner monologue; but I don’t think he actually is. He explains his cockiness as a front, but I’d rather that then how he was in the book, which 95% of the book is his POV.

Ok first I would like to say is, Avery your a beast at what you do! Thank you! This book was epic! Once you think you got the answers from the epic first book in this bad a** 2nd book boom twist after twists that will send your emotions all over the place! And that ending will leave you wanting more it was perfect! I love lexi and I can't wait to see her beat some a**! I'm rooting for her and alpha malifer to get there happy ending and for the valley to prosper! Also can't wait for lexi and wren to reunite! I love all the characters, familiars, vodo dolls and the creatures! I also hope Travis gets tortured in the worst ways possible lol! I promise this book won't disappoint I highly recommend! Happy reading!❤️

This story has me hooked! And after each turn of the page, the story gets more tense but better and better!
So much is going on all at once. There's a war right around the corner, traitors trying to attack left and right, packs trying to determine their loyalty and worth, sacrifices and pain, self doubt and unworthiness, deals and traps, and love trying to flourish where it may ...
There are so many layers to the story that need to be peeled away in order to get to the root of it all, but the process and journey keeps you on the edge of your seat!
Malifer and Lexi need to find their place and roles in the world. I'm curious to see it all play out, especially what Malifer refers to in his dream about the true rightful ruler.

So wanted to like this book, I did not like book 1 due to lots of confusion and timeline things…seen great reviews that book 2 was awesome, it must be Avery’s diehard sycophant fans. As this book was more confusing…which spilt personality is “speaking” Is it Nathan the Astra, Malifer the Demon, or his unnamed wolf…same for Lexi, who is time keeper, astra and demon or wolf…as for the Time keeper who is Laura, Lauren or Lexi’s twin sister…totally convoluted story. Normally love Avery’s stories but it felt like it was two different stories that she tried to smoosh into one. Quite disappointed in this series

Demon Valley Marked is the second book in this epic series.
This book was filled with revelations, sacrifices, deceit and I was enthralled in the story to the very end. I love the way Avery pulls us into her stories leaving little bread crumbs here and there and then just when you think you have the story figured out, another twist is thrown in. I really enjoy Alpha Malifer and his Luna, Lexianne. I only wish we had a little more of them together.

Wow! Holy crap! I LOVED this book!!! I almost forgot how badass Lexi was. I loved seeing more of Lexi, Malifer, Momo, Zasper & the rest of the voodoo dolls (they all FINALLY have names!), Wallas, the twins, and everyone else…except Travis FUCKING Baker! Gah! He needs to go over a cliff…but not THAT cliff! I really loved the interaction between Astra Lexi and Nathan. Laughed my ass off!
Travis Baker is a fucking snake! That new info dump was sooooo not cool, Avery! …Does make some sense though. -_-
Colton was a cool addition and I kinda hope he ends up with a book of his own! (:

Book two jumps back where it left off. Our beloved Momo has been kidnaped and Lexi's past being revealed. I will say that I did find myself lost a time or two. This probably would have been resolved if I had reread book 1 prior to diving straight into book 2. Despite that, I did enjoy the crumbles of hits left for us, for what is to come. Book 3 is going to be a whirlwind adventure. Also I am forever on team Evil Penguin. I mean the whole familiar team is just *chefs kiss*. What I wouldn't give to have a sub-story from their points of view.

Bring on the Voodoo
The second book in the Pretty Little Monster trilogy did not disappoint. I seriously need to find a way to make me some dolls based on the familiars in this book they just add something to the story. I love where Avery is going with this series and that it incorporates nicely with another book series allowing you to see the characters come to life and build on each other. The twist in this book was amazing and of course never under estimate Lexi .. cough … cough … especially don’t betray her for she has a knife and isn’t afraid to use it.

This book is a Mastermind. Brilliantly written. The main characters story and background. Lexi and Malifer go through hell and back to be with each other. There love and the loyalty there pack members have for them is so heart felt. Every page will leave you guessing and wanting more. Once you start you will not be able to put it down. I’m not giving anything away. It’s steamy kick butt twists and turns and everything you want in a best seller. Please read your copy today

I loved the setup of Demon Valley Marked. This book starts off where Demon Valley Pack ended. I was wildly disappointed the Kings temper tantrums, and blowing hot and cold got old. Grow up, don't waste my time with this book. This book has left me emotionally fatigued. Some characters don't stay true to character, which leaves me feeling confused. I was looking forward the our couple moving forward as a couple, but instead they break apart. So, overall, I found Demon Valley Marked a heart breaking book. I'll likely not continue reading series.

I love being pulled into the books i read. With seasonal allergies messing with my consentration, i needed Lex and the relevations this one gave me. It kept me glued to the page from start to finish. Up is down, down is left, green is pink.. I have to read every sentence otherwise i will miss a huge twist that makes me go back or be lost. Did i toss my kindle-No. Did i want to when my eyes where red and itchy, but I could not put the book down-absolutely!

Whatever emotion you wanna feel, this book makes you feel it. I got all emotional finding out what Lexi sacrificed for Mal, then to see Mals's sacrifice for Lexi! How much more couple goals can you get? And Momo, Zasper and voodoo Lexi! What! How do I get one, asking for a friend...me, I'm the friend. Def ready for the next install and to see the reunion with lexi and her sis so they can show everyone why you dont mess with the Monarchs

I absolutely loved this book, it really is one of my favourite series so far this year. I would highly recommend reading or re-reading the first book as this book is packed full of twists and turns that you can't tell which way is up.
I love the depth of the characters, and who's not going to love momo and her fleet of voodoo dolls. I seriously can't wait for the next book to come out as I need to know what happens next!!

Avery is astounding! Malifer is a great male lead. Love the plot twist....definitely did not expect the wat the story turned. The story picks up right where the first book left off. That is one of the things I love most about her is writing multiple books is that she starts the follow up books right where they left off so if you haven't read the previous book in a minute, it flashes you right back to what happened so your right in-line with what is now about to take place.

Wow this book took the established 1st book and blew it out of the water. It flowed so well, took the twist at the end of the first book and really made it make sense. I loves that we get so much from Malifer's perspective, as so few authors in the genre give the males perspective as much in a series ( not that some dont just not many and not in this amount). We get another cliffhanger but i really enjoyed it and cant wait for the third installment or the sister book from this universe.

I Live for Zasper, Momo and the other dolls (spoilers)
This book was fantastic. I loved reading Malifer's perspective and his sacrifice for Lexi. The dolls and Colton are running circles around everyone. I can't wait for Zasper and Momo to be reunited. All the dolls want to do is be happy, stab people, and dance. I know they will stop Travis Baker's and Alpha Shade's madness and free the valley once and for all. Shame on Laura for being so pathetic and evil.

Heating Up
Things are heating up for our rejected pair and Malifer looks to be losing hope with how he sees himself as a ruler. Hopefully Lexianne can get to him in a timely manner and change the outcome of their fates. I cannot wait to read about the the rest of the demon hollow pack, the voodoo dolls and the interactions between Lex, Malifer, and their trusted crew. Looking forward to the next installment of this series.

To the finish line
What a thrill of a series this is becoming. All the plots and twists. So much power and magic. Never expected anything like this when I started this incredible series and wow is it entertaining and funny in parts. Also a little sensitive too in parts so wouldn’t recommend for anybody with triggers. But I’m loving this twisted world of good, evil and the bad guys 😜

I really enjoyed book #1 in this series, so I'm inclined to move on to #2. I found the audio for this book did not live up to the audio of book #1; actually, I found it a bit weird at times. From the very beginning of the audio, I was confused. It opens in a completely different setting, and I have no idea how they got there. There were just a lot of parts that were very disjointed and hard to follow. I am not sure whether I will continue to #3.

Every time you think you have something figured out in this storyline Avery rips the rug out from underneath you. You will not be able to anticipate the plot twists and different turn of events so be prepared to stay on your toes! I’m love with the relationship between Alpha Malifer and Lex. I can’t wait to see where they go!

This story has so many twists and turns it kept me guessing. The characters are all trying to stay ahead of each other’s game. The chemistry between Alpha Malifer and Lexi is crazy! It seems that even the world keeps throwing obstacles in their way that they react with other’s interests first. This story is amazing and I can’t wait to see how it ends.

Well…dayum lady!! This book really ended with a bang! I’m loving the story and can’t wait to see where those two take us next! I learned not to try and guess what might be going on cause I kept getting hit to the other direction! The characters are amazing! Can’t wait for the next one!!!

Wow
Lexi is an amazingly strong, thoughtful and caring individual. Honestly this book is amazing and the twists and turns, the nuggets of information you get is astonishing.
It’s also amazing that the main male character shows what some would deem as weakness in this book and his journey.
I hope you all enjoy at much as I did

I love this series and all the characters who doesn't like a demon 🐧 and live little voodoo dolls l.o.l. I can't wait for the next book to come out this answered some questions for me from the 1st book but now has left me with even more and I can't wait to get the answers. Avery Stone always leaves me wanting to read more of her work.
