The Best GD Cookbook I Have Found Yet!

OMG!! A GD cookbook I can use! This cookbook has been the best and I did so many screenshots (reading on my phone using the kindle app) and printing them out to use them. I cannot wait to try a lot of these recipes as I can actually cook them since I have some allergies most GD recipes in a cookbook include (such as many nut flours, nuts, coconut, etc). I may even buy this cookbook to keep for myself!

As someone starting off on a GDM journey, the info at the beginning of the cookbook is helpful. Recipes are well laid out. I have found a few that are immediate favorites and a couple that have fallen short, but if you are trying to figure out food options with GD, it’s a great place to start.
