This book has granted me so much peace while reading it. I was never taught in church that demons can plant thoughts in our minds to make us negative towards our loved ones. Although I came across it too late to save my marriage. Knowing what I know now, things will definitely be different next time around. There is no more anger and bitterness towards everyone who has hurt me in the past. Just sweet peace in Jesus Christ.

Great Information about preparing to resist evil

I really appreciated the concise information in every chapter. Understanding how pain trauma with not forgiving the who harmed you invite evil spirits to keep you in negative thoughts and feelings.

I recommend to everyone this book. You cannot unread what you have read nor can you allow yourself to continue giving demons permission to lead you away from your relationship with God.

Freedom!

This book was a wake up call for this struggling Christian. I have been struggling with codependency and this helped me name the Spirit of Ahab. I thought by having the Spirit of Jezebel I was taking back my control, but all I did was take control away from the Holy Spirit in another way. Thank you for this insight.

One of the things that sets this book apart is the compassion and empathy it shows toward those of us with deep-seated soul wounds and unresolved trauma. Dysfunction is the norm for most families, so almost all of us are wounded to one degree or another.

Yes, we need deliverance from the demons that have tormented us. And we need to have the soul wounds healed as well. God created us in His image. We are triune beings. The whole of our being, spirit, soul, and body, needs healing.

I love this book so much. The only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 is be haze there was a lot of reiteration but it honestly makes me view situations differently and try to be more understanding of people’s situations and why they treat me the way they do.
