Demonte is crazy as fuck. He really believe that there was nothing wrong with what he was doing even after they put his ass in jail
I'm glad Davonte saw his wrong doings and did the right thing. I wish that he would of gotten to know sapphire before all that happened they would of been cute together I think.
Sapphire shouldn't have went through none of the shit she went through at all listing to Diamonds ass smh I don't know how to feel about her forgiving Davonte the way she did even if he was the one to finally went to get them I'll give his points for that but he'll he still kidnapped her and let his brother fucking sell her. He wouldn't have gotten one letter from me at all. I'm also glad she decided to give her bd another chance to work on them
Diamond made me mad when she pulled through woke up and didn't want to do shit to help find her so called best friend that was beyond me cause it was her fault

So why exactly is Diamond mad at Sapphire? Cause honestly is she wasn't being a w(hoe) that night they would've definitely been safe. Let's not forget that her cooch was deeper than the Berlin Sea too. #DAFUCK is her issues? Her ass is just as delusional as Demonte. So his evil ass really thought he got too much time? He was dropped on his head as a baby wasn't he? Davonte should've been doing hard time too. You can't possibly believe because you went and saved 3 women that you are justified. There are still hundreds of women that y'all abused and still lost. This series took me through there. Unfortunately this is a real issue in the world.

Held Captive 3: Like Father, Like Son by Lady Lissa is a learning experience to read. Lady Lissa is the first writing about drugs trafficking, human trafficking and etc. She does a good job. It’s well written and it’s a phenomenal
page.
I don’t understand why is Diamond mad at Sapphire. She does not understand what’s she putting Sapphire through. She’s the reason why those twins were held captive Sapphire away from Sapphire’s family, job and everything in months or years. Reign and Diamond weren’t care about Sapphire’s safety. Oh yes, she sure knows how to bring this series to a close. I was not surprised that Davonte would be the one to help return the girls. Although he did a good deed, I don’t think we would have been pen pals. Diamond’s attitude got on my nerves. I know she been through a lot but she didn’t want to do anything to try to help them find Sapphire. Sad that Melody and Xavier not only lost their child but their relationship. I wished their father would have been arrested also. This was a well ridden book that makes you be more aware. Human trafficking is a real problem in the world. It could happen to anyone. Awesome job

Damonte got what he deserved. I’m glad Davonte changed his mind and did the right thing. Why wasn’t their dad caught? I mean I know Davonte told him to leave, that wasn’t right! Melody I feel sorry for her. I would’ve done the same thing. Diamond girl you got to learn to forgive and move on. Eliana girl you did good forgive and move on. Steven alright now you got Sapphire back you better treat her good! Reign was a home wrecker. Steven finally came to his senses. This is a good series! Don’t ever accept drinks from a stranger in a club. You may have to fight for your life!!!! Good luck ladies!!!!

Absolutely loved this series!
Lady Lissa always comes through with the interesting reads on real life situations. Human trafficking is real and we all think that it can’t happen to us, but it definitely has me thinking differently. Demonte got exactly what he deserved, but I think that the dad should have been sentenced as well. I’m so glad that Devonte got Sapphire back to her family. This series was well written, flowed well and was very interesting. I’d definitely recommend it to all women.

This book was straight fire. At the end of the day Devonte had a Conscience because he meet his son and in turn he went and help those ladies out. Sapphire and all the ladies where brought home safely and Melody was hurt and she suffered a great lost along the way. Devonte got shot saving Melody. His twin brother and him eventually went to jail and Demonte got the most time because he did the most plus Devonte tried and rescued the ladies. It was a great read I just really feel bad for Xavier because he lost the love of his life. Great series

Demonte is really in his feelings! I can't understand why he doesn't feel like he deserves to be locked up. I feel sorry for Xavier, but I can understand how Melody feels. She may never be ready for another relationship. What she went through was very traumatizing. I figured Sapphire and Steven were going to end up getting back together. I also figured that Sapphire and Davonte would end up being friends. I'm glad Demonte finally got what was coming to him! If y'all haven't read this series, I would definitely recommend it!

Lady lissa has done it again I'm so glad demonte got what he deserves he was so ruthless and didn't care about nobody but himself especially when he sold his nephew girlfriend it was sad that melody and Xavier didn't get back together but I was glad that sapphire made it back home to her daughter I glad she didn't end up in a relationship with devonte and worked things out with Steven she never disappoints

What in the world ,was wrong with these two Idiot they should have known sooner or later day was gonna get caught but I'm glad devonte did have enough sister go and rescue to 3 women And turned his brother in. For some reason the Demonte didn't think he did anything wrong and wasn't gonna own up to what he did Until he got caught in everybody testified against him. Great story.

Good Series
This series was really good and kept my attention throughout all three books. The storyline makes you pay attention to your surroundings more, because all the ladies in the story never thought it could happen to them. So happy DEMONte got a taste of his own medicine, but think nothing would've changed if had gotten away. Entertaining and suspenseful. I would definitely recommend this series!

I’m so glad Sapphire was taken back home to her family and so was the other ladies! Demo ye got exactly what he deserved because he was dead azz wrong, it’s messed up Devonte didn’t get much time because he deserved it too. I’m just glad those twins will have time to sit and think about what they did!!!

Wow and wow!
Awesome read Lissa. I am soooo glad they got what they deserved. Devonte had let his brother persuade him into doing that mess. But that Demonte got all the smoke and some. But that dad packed up and left and never came back. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. This was a good series!!!

Unbelievable
This whole series was definitely an eye opener. We as people in general are so trusting and do not think things through. After reading this I can't lie and say I am petrified to go out to the club! I'm not a big clubbers but just knowing there are predators out there waiting on innocent women or men to take advantage of has me sick!

Lissa you've done the trafficking of kids and now women. Each are very real and situations that all should be aware. Davonte was a stand up dude in the end but it was a little too late. Melody hurt my heart. I loved his Xavier and Devonte was able to bond Sapphire and Atlanta warmed my heart. I'm glad Steven was able to convince Sapphire to give. Him another chance.

This series had me on the edge of my seat missing my stops to work n home it’s a must read I’m glad that Sapphire was able to forgive Davonte and I was happy he realized his brother was an evil ass person even tho it took his daughter in law being a victim of their lil schemes they had

Demonte as the epitome of evil... the thought of him betraying his brother and kidnapping his nephews girlfriend was inconsiderate....I know Davonte felt betrayed by his brother knowing that he would sell Melody even after they discussed it...I think Diamond should have helped a little bit more knowing what she knew.... I'm glad Davonte did all ok her did to get those ladies back...great series

Great Series 🔥
The finale was excellent. There were some errors, but the storyline itself was very good. I laughed, I cried and I cheered. Demonte is very disturbed. Besides being evil, there is something seriously wrong with him. Great Story 👏🏾

Great series. Very sad, but als0 very enlightening. Demonte got exactly what he deserved, and he still didn't learn his lesson. He'll always be a selfish prick. I'm so glad Sapphire, Elaina and the son's girlfriend was able to return home to their families.
