This author and series were completely unknown to me when I found this book. To be perfectly honest, I liked the cover and the blurb. Yay, me!!! What an OUTSTANDING find! I was blown away by the story, the characters, the writing and just the entire package.
I found this story to be gripping and devoured the book within three days. This author has a fertile imagination, balances dialogue and exposition well, and weaves a world you will not stop think about later!
This book is so well written you flow from one page to the next without ever losing your place or asking – who are these people? Shanna Robillard knows how to make the paranormal side mingle with the romantic part so that the books are well developed and the characters ones you want to read more about.
This book was hot. The heroine was particularly lovable in this book. There was action at every turn, and without issuing a spoiler alert, the ending couldn't have been more satisfying. Recommended

Sit down, buckle up and prepare yourself. This series and this book in particular is going to leave you needing therapy.
savage is the best way to describe this particular book. The Author pulled no punches when writing this and deciding just when was enough torture for my new fave characters. meeting them in book one and learning their love story and backgrounds was fantastic. Now shit has hit the fan and all the nightmares are coming home to roost on these guys. throw in some shocking turns in events and you have an emotional rollercoaster You can not escape but keep hopping back on to experience just once more.

Micheal is a scavenger a killer and he knows it. He is always looking for the next fix his next prey to feast on. Cecilia is quite ordinary well until she meets Micheal he is in her dreams. Micheal loves her but for her he is a stranger. The cult leader wants Micheal’s blood so he uses this relationship but Micheal is in love he wants to protect his wonderful Cecelia.
I love the characters in the book and the relationship between Micheal and Cecelia. I love the prologue of the book it sets the scene very well and makes you intensely interested in the rest of the book

Celie's character is what kept me interested throughout the book! I love books how there are different genres all the way through. This one had all the ones I love. Suspense and romance. Both genres go well together, and it worked well in this book! People wanted specific blood, and she was the only one who could have it! I love how people want something, but only one can claim it! What an excellent vampire love story! Doing what it takes for the both of them to be together!

From start to finish this book flowed and kept bringing you into it deeper and deeper.
The characters were entertaining and you wanted to know more about all the characters that you were introduced to. The twists and turns in this book were perfect. This book is perfect to be read in one sitting. The ending was mind blowing and I was about to die due to a small scare. This book will pull at your heartstrings.

I found this to be an exceptionally intriguing story, far better than the usual vampire stories you'd usually see.

This was a wonderfully written book with great characters. I think my favorite part was the action, perhaps aside from Celie finding her powers.
