Lucy Score is an instant #1 New York Times bestselling author. She grew up in a literary family who insisted that the dinner table was for reading and earned a degree in journalism.
She writes full-time from the Pennsylvania home she and Mr. Lucy share with their obnoxious cat, Cleo. When not spending hours crafting heartbreaker heroes and kick-ass heroines, Lucy can be found on the couch, in the kitchen, or at the gym.
She hopes to someday write from a sailboat, oceanfront condo, or tropical island with reliable Wi-Fi.
Lucy does it again. The way I cackle at her writing. So good.
This was funny, witty and although I HATE third act breakups, I feel like how it was done was great.
The brothers helping Aide was amazing. I loved that dynamic, so much.
If you are looking for a flirty snappy love story where he falls first and hard. This is your book. You just have to get over the FMC being her own worst enemy.

Lucy Score is the best!!! Great characters! Even though the story is obviously based on Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice, (and Pretty Woman) it is well done and clever. The dialogue is witty and funny and I adored the strong female lead.
I stayed up late for three nights in a row because I did not want to stop reading this. I loved the characters and felt like I knew them personally by the end of the book. Great storyline. Loved it.
I tried for over a month to finish this book, ultimately I just couldn’t get behind the characters and after 25 chapters I wasn’t invested enough to finish. It felt like the main conflict resolved itself in the first 20 chapters and I wasn’t sure where else to book had left to go at that point. I think this book just wasn’t for me.
