This is the last book in Harlow’s storyline but there are more coming for other characters in the Neighpalm Industries Collective.
5 STARS AHHH WHAT CAN I SAY.... HARLOWS STORY HAS COME TO AN END FOR NOW! Neighpalm Industries was the series that introduced me to the genius that is Lexie Winston. Her stories are phenomenal. It was great to see all plot points tied up. I'm excited to see if we get any novellas in the future. I'd love to see Harlow and the guys when they don't have a stalker to deal with. Highly recommend this series!!! Can't wait to read Jacinta's and Hope's books.
BASIC FACTS: Pages:239 My rating:3.5 Genre: rh, mystery, contemporary Protagonist Ages: all are older than 25 Pacing: first 40% slow but after that it became fast
The first 40% of the book were slow, I even skipped some scenes. And she wrote Chapters which ended in cliffhangers. But finally we come to the point, where we meet Harlow, Jacinta and Jaxon again. And suddenly the secrets beginn to unravel. After that the story became exiting and for most of the 60% it’s about wrapping up the plot. So I liked the last 60% better than the first 40%. I also think that six books are too much for this story, it could have been wrapped up in four or five books. But I think the author had to start the spin offs and also wanted to tell so much about the summers family. So it took her 6 books. Most of them were entertaining. I loved Harlow at the beginning very much, but in-between she became kind of superficial. Initially she wasn’t into talking badly about other women but that changed, which made her more superficial. Also her standing about money changed. While she is not after the money of the Summers, she does see the advantages of having money and a Dad who really would like to pay for her. So she changes the way she talks and thinks about money. That didn’t sit well with me.
I do recommend the series. I enjoyed it and I was entertained.
I'm sorry this one was just too much, story takes a seriously dark turn with lots of triggers including explicit SA and the author tried too hard to wrap every possible storyline up, the family ties were ridiculous and the bad guy's storyline didn't really make sense.
I swear by this point I only read this book to find out what happened at the end. There had been so much filler and so many clues that for the most part it’s not at all a shock when the mystery is revealed. There were only a few details that had never been hunted at. But we were dragged through six books of filler for this? Really? You couldn’t at least end the story? Like what happened to the remains of Harlow’s mom. Or I don’t know maybe finishing the story? You cannot tell me Jacinta’s book is going to include this group getting two babies. Or what happens when Veronica has the baby. Both things that could have been added without ruining other stories.
But don’t worry, she set herself up for at least 3 if not 4 other reverse harem series. Maybe, possibly more. So with the fact that the ending was predictable, there was very little resolution after 6 books and more concern with setting up future book opportunities, I can’t give this book more than one star.
And I am sorry Ms. Winston. I struggled through all six. Without skipping to the end. So please don’t take to the internet begging for more positive reviews. It means that a reader who read all the books means nothing. And I haven’t completely given up on the author. I kept reading the books so I saw some hope in them but I was just so let down at the end.
I loved this series but this bookand book five ruined it for me entirely, which is the biggest reason for the low rating.
For six books we have waited for the curtain to be pulled back and the villian(s) revealed and we were given a Jerry Springer knockoff that reeked of implausibility. The sheer amount of coincidences needed just for the villain(s) to meet up is ridiculously implausible, especially considering there's a double cross in that bag of crazy to boot.
Also, this book left me thinking that the Summers 'kids', aren't good people either. They screw their employees and toss them aside, which is a gross abuse of power then act super shocked when they strike out/back. Literally everything about the Vernica storyline is wrong and unsettling on both sides. Harlow sees a girl being brutally raped and chocked out (which we learn is the begining of her brutal murder) and shrugs it off and yet stops running at the threat of her sister getting shot to the head, despite that putting her and Jax in peril. Then pivots again to the point she wants a bloody swath of carpet as a trophy for her murder but yet can't walk on the spot when she killed him?!
Plus the way they just let Jazzy torture Harlow. I mean think about it, would the boys would have allowed it and been cold assholes if Harlow or any girl had been adopted by Brad as yet another foster? Its totally cool for them to have grown up and enjoyed the wealth/privledge of being Brad's kids but Harlow's automatically a gold digger?!
He lied to Harlow's mom about his name. Harlow wasn't even the one to contact them, the Bostons did. She was every bit as abused as they were. So by what metric did they have to be so absolutely horrid to his bio-daughter from minute 1 besides the fact that she was his bio-daughter, and the only other girl?
The reason all of this came up for me as a reader was that the convoluted villain arc got me wondering if the Summers would have escalated against Harlow were it not for the stalking/attacks.

Honestly what a disappointment. This was not a good book at all and I’m shocked by the 5 star reviews. To be honest a lot of this series was over the top ridiculous with all the sudden poly relationships with the dad, Jacinta, Hope, even the grandparents it seems and the way they threw their wealth around and how they ran their companies but I was willing to overlook it. Where it started getting too ridiculous was the “count” storyline and STILL I kept going. But I don’t know why the author made the storyline so complicated that it was literally impossible to follow. The sheer incredulity that went through me when the horrible flight attendant was pregnant by one of the boys and had a mental breakdown and the doctors encouraged Thomas to go along with it. And while Harlow and the twins were kidnapped (totally ridiculous) the kidnappers lay out this stupid elaborate family tree and black mail scenario that would never even remotely be possible. Also the kidnappers are junkies and able to do all this? Never in this lifetime. All of this took away from any semblance of integrity of the story. I’m also deducting an entire star for when Harlow and Jax are about to get away from the dangerous kidnappers who are ready to practically rape and kill them…because suddenly Harlow feels bad for one of the kidnappers who’s apparently her cousin-keep in mind this cousin is ready to rape jax. One of the most ridiculous things I’ve read all year and I almost tossed the book right then. But it gets worse…The scene where the coke head forces Harlow and Jax to have sex in the ridiculous sex room after he cokes them up at gunpoint. An absolutely dreadful last book of a series. This book was genuinely bad and might have single handedly ruined the author for me. I have no plans to read Jacintas books or anything by the author at this time.

This book took a very dark turn in what was a mostly light hearted series. I felt it needed a sexual assault trigger warning. The MC witnesses the brutal assault and it's described in detail.
3.5 Stars This was not at all the ending I was hoping for. I really hated how the last book ended and funnily enough it's not until the 30% mark here that anyone even notices Harlow, Jax and Jacinta were taken. I swear for a family of billionaires they really are lax on security. So much time is wasted in the beginning building tension for nothing. All the little threads of information from her stalker to the parentage of Jax and Jacinta are connected and damn if it's not a whole mess. I'm glad to have answers but it was kinda lame the way it played out and then dragged until the end. More than anything this book had me wanting to backhand a lot of the characters. What is with them all being martyrs and blaming all the problems in their lives on themselves? It's utter insanity which I guess goes along with other parts of the story like Harlow's mom having a secret sister and Kai having a baby with Veronica who turkey basted herself to pregnancy. Like even Jerry Springer would be remiss in how to handle all the drama-most of it revolving around money and the guys who can't keep their dicks in their pants. In over 6 books Harlow never really visits abandoned buildings aside from the one far too convenient and abandoned land next door. This I had high hopes for but even that is left hanging because they are kidnapped. I really wanted to see what they would do to the place and I recognize the series has an offshoot for Jacinta, I still wish we got to see a bit of a HEA in the future for Harlow and her harem. Wondering now if Mack and even Hope are do for their own books down the road?? Don't think there needed to be six books all dragging out the same issue/s. Somehow though I don't want Jacinta to burn in the fiery pits of hell and I'm going to give her duet a go cause this girl could use a good dicking so she could leave everyone else alone from her judgement and scrutiny.

So far my only thoughts are I'd love to get a book voucher for that amount to fill up my own library
--------------------
Okay let's start with the triggers because there's a lot -kidnapping -stalking -murder -torture -rape -forced sex -forced drug use -substance abuse -forced voyeurism -suicide attempt - gaslighting - baby trapping -incest - child abandonment
Okay I'm done I think, this was such a heavy vibe from the fluffy fun the rest of the series is but at the same time it wasn't serious enough for me. I was expecting a trauma response or something else with all that happens to all these humans but nothing.
I'm slightly disappointed but then again I'm not a baby human, I can appreciate and respect that everyone wants to welcome the baby that came from a shit show but nobody is consistent with their attitudes about the women who end up manipulating and ruining lives. One minute oh so sad their lives are trash but the next oh okay she got murdered with a knife and rape. And I'm just like pick a lane, either you're self preservation and fuck the villains or you have a conscience.
While I loved this series, this book was definitely my least favorite. It focused almost entirely on the side plot of Harlow’s stalker and the twins’ paternity scandal. There was barely any relationship building or scenes in general. I will say the tiny Easter egg at the end almost had me fooled until I got it. I like that but I felt it could have been expanded on. This book just feels so rushed compared to the other five books before it.
I did a lot of skimming, and I didn't regret it at all. I lost complete interest in these characters by the 4th book, and the plot wasn't enough to hold my interest either. This book could have been good, but I no longer cared enough to not skim. The plot became implausible, and there were sub plots that were never finished.
This was definitely the darkest book of the series and has some seriously messed up parts. This is the book where every convolutes psycho from previous books decided to converge. I called eighty percent of it, but there was still a little room for surprise. (Though the main focus for the bad guys disappeared at the end there). But it definitely goes big. I thought the soap opera drama from the other books was at insanely high levels, this multiplies it but ten. It would have gone well on an episode of Jerry Springer. It built really well, starting out with the brothers’ POVs while you get to scream at them to finally use their phones. Perfection. There are stupid mistakes and some illogical assumptions, but it was fun in its frustration. It’s left open for several spinoffs. Jacinta’s already exists, not sure about Hope and Max and some of the other suggestions. Basically every relationship in this book is poly, except for Harlow’s foster parents. But who knows, it could go that way given enough time.
Loved Girl is the 6th and final book in Harlow's story but thank God it's not the last book in the series!!!! If you haven't started it yet, what are you waiting for????? It has everything. Stalkers, murder, super hot men, mean girls, teeny tiny hell spawned horses, family drama, all the feels and so much more. The Neighpalm series has completely dragged me in, spat me back out, leaving me emotionally strung out and with each new book released, I went back for more. Totally worth it!!!!
I am sad that Harlow and her men have come to the end of their journey but I am ecstatic that Jacinta is next in line for her own story and while I am glad that Hope gets her book, I am more desperate to know what in the world is going on with Max. I think because her journey has slowly begun to unravel, from the very beginning, is why I am looking forward to her book/s so much more.
This series overall was good however there were little details in the MC's opinions and inner monologue that I didn't love but since the rest of the story was interesting I could overlook them more easily in this book however they were too much for me. Her comments about what she wished would happen to the antagonists was uncalled for and not warranted for the type of "villain" this story had especially with how the author actually dealt with them in the end, the story got so dark very unnecessarily and i truly didn't like the ending and the amount of exposition needed for the plot to run semi smoothly at the end there truly ruined this book for me
Gah, this is my favourite series ever! Thank god we have max, jacinta’s and hope’s book to come or i’d be heartbroken 😂. This story just drags you in, you cannot put it down! I finished this book in one sitting! A humungous must read for me and one that i will re-read over and over again!!! ❤️
From the 4th book it started to go downhill here it was completed. Suddenly this book changed its colour totally..why? no idea, felt like totally two different authors wrote the book. Started as RH bully ROMANCE but the subplot started to take that aspect over in the last book , done not well either, here it took over totally . Gone was the romance instead the subplot became the main plot! No romance. Someone should give some sort of education in RH to these authors. Only Having sex with multiple men(6-7) is not RH is all about. These authors are mocking the RH genre. It started so well, I had hope because the last one was awful and couldn’t complete the series. M There is no epilogue, ending was so rushed it felt incomplete even the pregnancy news was also over not clear at all mentioned in some ‘wink wink’ way! May be the author thought everybody will the next one may be they will but not me. That said in light of the the total book make-over how come this book got somany 5-4* no idea! Because if you started with book 1 this one will feel a another’s book with the same characters. And what about the sex scene with the villain as a voyeur!!… it’s of bad taste not sexy at all!
This book was nuts. There’s so many reveals going on it’s like a damn Easter egg hunt. And everything was all interconnected in the most warped ways. But at least I got my reveal that they finally got to whose behind it all. Took ages. But then it got worse. And worse. And worse. And then there was an attempt at shocking you to death. Geez Louise I need a palate cleanser. And have to add a point to my tally for RH trope of kidnapping
had high hopes for this book but it started to become a little boring during the 5th book.. but i still read it to see the last book and i’m disappointed..? I was so hyped since this was a problem since the first book and it seems underwhelming?????????
“We took every precaution, and it was our unfortunate luck that they found a way to wiggle in.” Kai — INCORRECT- you were constantly making the wrong choices.
They didn’t make the necessary calls, they didn’t double and triple check anything, THEY WERE RIGHT NEXT DOOR!! The culprits have literally been right under their noses!! PREDOMINANTLY AND NOT HIDING THEIR INSIDIOUS NATURE…
Quite literally, the background story was convoluted but the people that were the “stalkers” WERE OBVIOUS AS SOON AS YOU MET THEM.
“Even though I’m getting my question answered, I don’t feel any better. It’s honestly making me feel even more frustrated. I had always sensed something was wrong with them, but I’d never spoken up like I should have, and… I don’t know… Maybe it would’ve made a difference.” Harlow — MAYBE IT WOULD HAVE!!
I hate that ending for Cecilia and Raquel - it doesn’t make any sense for Harlow’s character to allow that brutality to happen to Cecilia - it shouldn’t have been added to the story. It was UNFORTUNATE.
None of these villains, have been good enough to be this far ahead of them. they’re MILES AHEAD OF THEM … but they’re not super villains?! IT WAS ALL RIGHT THERE!!
Also the fast pace of This book was nice, but it also didn’t need to be so short. We could’ve wrapped up the kidnapping and then had some time in the good. Why is it going so fast, do we have somewhere to be? We’re just throwing in harems and backstory. Hope is getting adopted (YAY!), was that necessary? Nana’s getting a harem (YAY!), this really didn’t take up that much time. Brad/Dad is getting a throuple (woohoo!), again just randomly thrown in. AND WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON WITH MAX?! We may never know because this kidnapping is never ending and they’re not even a worthy adversary.
Everyone is connected, and it was obvious - note to self, if you see a calculating look - say something … quite literally if you see something, say something.
“I have no doubt that we will. Have faith in our brother and his friend. Jake and Thomas know what they're doing.” — this kidnapping plot has been going on for 5 books … and they quite literally don’t have a single clue what they’re doing. If they were real people working for the government I would be concerned.
🙄🙄 Jax going for the {redacted} dumb dumb dumb 🫠
“How could we have missed the signs of what he truly was?” … you didn’t … you acknowledged multiple times that was something wrong with {redacted} … AND YOU SAID NOTHING, Harlow …
Jax, Jacinta and Harlow all act like they’re the reason this is happening… as if they’re not pawns in this “greater” plot, it’s annoying. It’s not inherent to them but the space they’re taking up and their self importance of “they’ll never forgive me” is so so dumb.
“My mother, Luke, Cecelia, Raquel, Julia, and now Jaxon.” You like literally one person on this list, babe. And literally, they’re all quite literally the consequences of their actions. 🤗
“Harlow, none of this is your fault…. “Let’s not do this to ourselves. The people who are to blame are dead or being punished. Let’s look forward now.” EXACTLY!!! WHO knew Jacinta would be the voice of reason.
This was a mid series, that I did get sucked into because the characters were good even if the story was subpar. This one was probably the most disappointing of the series since the first one. However, the first one has the benefit of being the first one and setting up the story so that you don’t necessarily expect it to be the best one in the series. This one as the end of the saga should be.
The ending was … infuriating even if I did know what it meant
So, There are likely going to be mistakes in this review. The reason is Because I am so fucking livid.
Do any of you remember in book 1 or possibly 2 but I'm pretty sure it was book 1 where Jacinta, Said, and I quote , "we need to get closer to her bring her into the fold and then break her down so she'll leave." And then proceeded to get Declan and Jaxon to agree with her?
For the past 4 books that is what I've been waiting for For her grand plan to come to Fruitation? is that the word I'm looking for?
The author put that out there. the author wrote that scene, so all through the books that is what I have been watching for and you have to admit jazzy was over the freaking top trying to get into Harlow's good graces. it doesn't matter what happened with Prada and coco. what happened is, she said that and that's what I was waiting for.
The story is such a good story and it would have been great had the author not ruined the entire frigging series by that 1 freaking scene.
Through the entire series I have not trusted anything coming from jazzy jaxon or declen.
She ruined the entire freaking series.
Honestly, when Jackson freaked out when they were on the way up to the sex room, if you know you know, that is what I assumed was the real Jackson. that is what I assumed was what we were all waiting for but, guess what , it wasn't.
And then you know I'm not gonna get into all the reasons what was flawed in this book series but I am going to say not giving kai or Harlow closure at the end really pissed me off.
We don't see the completion of veronica and kai and by extension Thomas and we don't get closure on this apparent pregnancy at the end. I would have like to see the epilog be more I don't know, more. just closure and maybe revisit what jazzy had said at the beginning of the series just 1 freaking sentence even jazzy saying you know what guys I don't think I wanna go through with my original plan anytime throughout the series and that would have made it so much better but because the author put that ticking time bomb into the series that's what we've been waiting for and it doesn't happen.
I'm not gonna say I'm not gonna recommend this to my friends. Not all of them are like me and they might actually enjoy this series, ticking time bomb be damned but I'm also not going to go out there and put it on social media and do a tiktok and all that fun stuff that I normally do for other authors I recommended this to 1 of my close friends and to my sister that's enough.

Noooooooo!!!!! I honestly, kinda, didn't even want to start reading Loved Girl. I knew once I started then Harlow's story would soon be over and OMG I love this series. But, yeah, I couldn't resist starting- especially after the cliffy from Cherished Girl. And once I started? Well, I just could NOT STOP reading. Loved Girl was seriously THAT addictive.
Loved Girl picked up right where Cherished Girl ended and looking back, I think it was what it must fell like taking off in one of those gets from Top Gun or something. Full blast. I swear if someone saw me reading, they'd probably think I was so nuts. I got so invested in this story and there was so much action, lots of steam (but maybe not as much as some of the other books, but definitely enough), a part where I wanted to strangle something, and then some how Lexie, managed to wrap-up most of all the story lines (there are spinoffs coming, you know). My theories were off based and my mind was boggled a bit, but gosh, I enjoyed it all.
This who series is definitely a the top of my list for contemporary RH. It was a slow burn at the beginning which really helped build this whole world and made me believe in the strength of this group. The characters were complex and their development and growth was clear - even the supporting characters were excellent, especially Nana. The mystery and suspense was another great reason to keep reading too. So, yeah, I really do love this series.
My only request is for an extended epilogue. I know it would probably have to come after Jacinta's, and maybe Max and hopefully Hope's story too. But I am just not ready to say goodbye to Harlow and her men. I really NEED a glimpse into their future when there's not THAT much drama going on.
I absolutely recommend Loved Girl and this series.
I did it! I finished this series and can never think about it again.
From the utterly boring books 2-4 to the totally insane, Rube Goldberg of a unnecessarily complicated villain story revealed between books 5-6.
The silly cliffhangers where someone was shot and surely dead! But not really! The overuse of eye rolling! The constant wiping of imagined drool because the men are so hot (has anyone ever actually done this in real life?!). The entire chapters delivering nothing but backstory and inner monologues! The chapters that tee up new series while doing nothing to move along the…plot? The main character who devolves from a horse stunt training, large animal vet, refusing to take unearned family money to buy her future, to a woman getting dragged around by a group of men while she gives up everything she cared about in Book 1 and accepts a bought future! The men, whose only differentiators are their origin stories and dating styles - much like an episode of the bachelorette, actually! The villains who read like a satire of Bond movies written by a coked up 12-year old who’s only ever been allowed to watch soap operas!
TW:
Oh, and the MC witnesses a brutal rape, which she briefly ponders, decides she’s pretty happy about, and doesn’t give another thought. What. The. Actual. F***. If I’d still had any investment in this series, that would have killed it for me dead - much like the assault victim whose rape leads to her murder. No idea how people are reading this and thinking “cool! Best story evAR.” Disgusting.
This was a terrible series. Fun first book, but stop there or don’t bother at all.
I have some mixed emotions on this one. I’m happy to finally finish this series. I love the characters and am happy for the ending they got (mostly). It’s some of the things that happened along the way in this installment (and including a bit of the book before this too) that I’m not thrilled about. Overall I liked it. The story had some good tension, and was pretty well paced. There are some things left open ended that I guess could be answered in Jacinta’s story, but I’m probably not going to read.
If you’ve made it this far in the books, defiantly finish it off, this book is good, despite what I personally didn’t like. (Which I go into detail below).
4⭐️ 2🌶
If you don’t want spoilers, stop reading now.
I don’t really like the pregnancy trope in books to begin with, but this is probably the worst way I have ever read it. I absolutely despise the way Veronica got pregnant, and then it is actually their baby! I hoped and prayed that it wasn’t theirs or that something would happen to make it not theirs. It’s disappointing to me because I was loving this series and for me, that kind of ruined it all. I don’t think I’ll read it again because I can’t stand that storyline. No thanks. Another thing I found upsetting was when Jax and Harlow are forced to have sex in front of the psycho. It was gross and then they were also forcibly drugged. That all left a bad taste in my mouth.
I cannot believe we are at the end of Harlow’s story. Harlow has spent five books being stalked and finding love in an unconventional relationship. She’s made new friends and found/expanded her family. We’ve seen the Summers’ boys at the worst and at their best. With Loved Girl (book 6), we finally find out who(m) has been tormenting the Summers’ family. It’s an emotional rollercoaster - so buckle up and get ready for a bumpy ride!
Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I ADORE Harlow. I don’t want to say goodbye to her at all. With that said, I loved how Lexie Winston wrapped this up. The big mystery is way more of a mess than I ever imagined. (My theories were not even close to the CF that actually transpired on paper.)
Lexie Winston broke me and then pieced me back together. I felt very satisfied with Harlow’s main story conclusion. I enjoyed all of the mystery that got us here. I’ll be waiting to see tiny glimpses of Harlow and the Summers men in other spin off stories in the future.
1000% recommend this whole series - you won’t regret it!
I received an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest, non-biased review.
What a thriller! This is Book 6 of the Neighpalm Industries series and definitely did not dissapoint. The entire book was action-packed leaving you on the edge of your seat and wondering WTH was going to happen to them next. We also got so many answers (although, she left us with a little nugget to be answered in the next series.)
This story picks up right where Book 5 ended. So many secrets came to light, and we got to dive into Harlow's history and that of her stalkers. I had my suspicions, but I was shocked to find out his motivations! (and who his parents were)! I cannot get over the twists and surprises sprinkled throughout the entire series, this book, in particular, was riveting.
I thought this was a great ending to their EPIC story; I'm so relieved they FINALLY got some peace. I'm really looking forward to reading more about Jacinta, Hope and Max.
Good finish to the story! Although it was pretty fucked up when Harlow watched Cecilia get brutally r*ped and is basically like she deserves it and I’m glad it’s happening. Like yah Cecilia was part of the kidnapping and shit but she’s also a victim of circumstance. Also it’s just a pretty sadistic thing to think about someone as you’re viewing the act. And then Tom’s cavalier way of announcing that Cecilia won’t be bothering them anymore after she was r*ped with a knife and murdered ?! Again she did bad shit but that’s so fucked up. There was a lot of really fucked up things that happened like getting forced to fuck at gunpoint in front of a creepy old man while in a cage and forced to do coke. It’s pretty buck wild considering the books called ‘loved girl’ and the cover has pretty swirls of pink and green on it. Like really makes you realize you cannot judge a book by its cover… anyways I still really liked the series and ending. I will be continuing on for Jacinta’s harem.

Fantabulous ending to this series, of Harlow and her guys. There was for sure some WTH moments when it started to unfold, and I had suspicions about who the bad people were, but, yeah, I couldn't have dreamed this up in a million years. The twist this book took were plentiful, and the drama, top notch. There are still questions we need answers too, and I have a feeling we will get them in Jacinta's book, so I can't wait to read that when it comes out. The character development is perfect as is the world building. To mee this book seemed shorter than the rest, but I could be making that up, I read it in a few hours, I dunno, I gobbled it up, so maybe I'm just crazy. Anywho, this book continued the tred of multile pov, and it was perfection. I really enjoyed all the characters, and the story line, and I can't wait to read Jacinta's story.
Ahhhh this ending to Harlow’s story was perfection! It was harrowing, anxiety-inducing, traumatic, and an absolute rollercoaster of emotions, but perfect nonetheless. There is so much going on, but everything gets at least mostly wrapped up. Most of the questions readers have from the beginning of the series are answered by the end of Loved Girl. The relationships between Harlow and the guys have reached a nice comfort level before the end of the previous book, aside from outside sources causing issues. The spice level stays about the same from the last book, maybe even goes down a step, but that makes sense with the plot. The spicy scenes that do occur are largely 🥵🥵🥵 This book does go up several levels in intensity and insanity. It’s a whirlwind from start to finish! I’m so excited to read Jacinta’s story, hopefully followed by Max’s and Hope’s (in no particular order)!
The long awaited conclusion to Harlow's story is here, and it does not disappoint! It was fast paced, hit the ground running, and helped wrap up all the loose ends it needed to. On top of all of that, the stage is set and ready for the upcoming story for Jacinta, and the author did an amazing job of making you desperate for any crumb from this world, and luckily, she has lots of crumbs for you! Not only will Jacinta have a story, but Hope and Max will as well, so if you haven't started this series yet, start with book 1, and commence a book binge, because you need to get caught up and immerse yourself in this amazing world! This book was a great ending to the story, done in such a way that it was a conclusion, but still leaves the world open for more books down the road. It was hot, it was action packed, and you need to grab a copy for yourself today!
