Lennart can’t remember a time when a guy had come on to him that boldly and sweetly at the same time. And he never followed a stranger home after just five Minutes – until now.

Simon is … disarmingly different. Sexy and bold, albeit uncommonly polite and considerate. But why is he starring at Lennart so blatantly all the time? So completely unconcerned, almost shameless.

But Lennart feels like he could lose himself in those eyes … without getting lost. Maybe Simon is his little Christmas miracle, and all he needs to do is allowing it to happen?

[2.5] i’d say this was a cute story if not for the character deciding to jerk himself off literally right in front of the guy he mistakenly believes is blind upon inviting the practical stranger to his place for coffee 💀 the mere sight of a hot dude sitting on his couch got his gears going, i get it, but his subsequent actions were an extra step way too far into what-the-f land and made it incredibly uncomfortable to read 😬

i could believe the assumption was an honest mistake since hot guy worded things in obviously misleading ways while wearing sunglasses and walking around with a cane, thanks to a recent eye doctor appointment and an ankle injury respectively (although a walking cane as a mobility aid and that for the visually impaired have two very different designs 🤣), but this in no way explains the above behavior in a digestible way, for lack of a better word 🥴

OK, this is a riot, it may be very short but it's so freaking funny, I was laughing all through it, until the sweet ending that is. A nice Christmas tale of two men just meeting and the ridiculous misunderstandings and actions that ensued.

What was that?

So. It had some cute moments and was a quick read to help me kick off my annual reading challenge. But what was that that set things off? The thing with Simon in his chair when he brought Lennart back to his apartment was just beyond weird. Lennart may have found it hot and gone with it, but I have questions. Like who does that and why and what was he thinking and how was Lennart just ok with such behavior instead of just leaving as fast as he could hobble away?????

hot, sexy and incredibly funny.

If you are looking for a quick, hot, funny Christmas story this is perfect. I love the characters and the setting and humor were perfect. I haven’t read this author before but can’t wait to read more by her. This book joins my Christmas season rereads list.
