Pretty basic stuff that I already knew most about, and didn't go into much depth. Good for a quick reassuring squizz through. Wouldn't say daddy Holden feels prepared yet though!
Doesn’t speak down to the father, also hits on all the seemingly main areas. It’s super supportive, easy to understand, and seems like a great general guide to this subject. I’ve lived with pregnant sisters/sisters-in-law before so I’ve seen a lot of this and it’s been true from that experience and present one.
I thought this book was okay. As an expecting dad with little to no experience with babies it did provide some very generalized knowledge. However nothing ever went into detail. Easy read.
