It provides prompts to challenge the journaler to explore themselves in a different way that includes prompts that explore previous relationships, self-esteem, self-worth, goals and needs/wants. KMST allows the journaler the space to just be and not have all the answers but have support in figuring it out. It provides inspirational quotes and messages of encouragement. This journal is the journalers journal. This journal is more than a journal but a self-exploration keep sake.
