I found this book for free via Freebooksy; this is my honest review.
-The book is patriotically American but most of it applies to Canadian too such as Prime.
-The book is great for a novice but probably not for someone else like me with a lot of experience with online purchasing, especially with Amazon. It's well written and organized.
-"cross your seller's palms with silver" is very much a reality and not just on Amazon. Think Courts and taxis.
-Where the author talks about undelivered goods, here in Canada the authorities are usually not called in to write a claim. In the same note, most packages are trackable even from China. You can use services like https://parcelsapp.com which can track just about anything.
-I have to say I've run after a truck or two because a package was misdelivered or my neighbors and I switched packages. All fun when everyone is honest. When they are not, that's another story. I've had the same package delivered and picked up 3 times at the wrong address.
-In Canada, Amazon won't let you place a claim until 7 days after your given arrival date vs. the 24 hours they have in the U.S.A. A lot can happen between those days.
-I'm not sure why the author decided to use harsh language to imitate an angry customer but we don't all cuss if things don't go our way. One star off.
-Editing needs another pass. Wrong words such as Larry vs. Harry, etc. Nothing to distract from the goal.
