SPOOKS: TALES OF HORROR
Three Gripping Tales Full of Horror and Suspense in One Boxed Set...
WHEN THE DARK FOREST LIT UP
Darren Maple has planned the best party ever. His parents are away for the weekend, so he and his friends can party all night long without any restrictions.
Just when the fun is getting started, something happens that ruins everything. The sound of a plane crashing close by puts a halt to their celebrations. His friends go searching for it while Darren and his sister Trudy stay behind. As they wait for the others to return, they witness a blinding light. It soon disappears and Darren’s vision returns. He realizes his sister is missing and searches for her frantically, only to see her walking back to him from the forest, dirty and muddy. She doesn’t know what happened to her.
The party ends when his friends come back finding no evidence of a plane crash. His guests leave and he and Trudy go to bed. He hopes everything will go back to normal after a good night’s sleep, but he is so very wrong. It’s just the beginning of the bizarre happenings. Something is not quite right with Trudy. She’s acting weird. He needs to figure out exactly what happened that night so he can help her before things get worse.
THE CURSED SHIP
Cody Warner never in his wildest dreams ever expected he’d be able to take a maiden voyage on a yacht. When his friend, Justin Becan, gets his hands on a luxurious boat, Cody, Justin and a few more of their friends set out on an adventure of a lifetime.
Little do they know that danger lurks in the murky waters waiting to attack them when they are the most vulnerable. When the boat’s engine suddenly stops and a violent storm comes upon them, Cody and his friends have to fight for their lives and find a way back to shore before the evil festering in the bay comes after them ready to make them its latest victims.
Will Cody and his friends be able to find safety or succumb to the Fisherman’s Curse?
HAUNTED GRAVE
Willow Armen didn’t want to leave her home, her friends, or her life behind. School was out and she’d planned on spending the summer hanging out with her friends having fun, like most fifteen-year-olds her age do. But her plans are shattered when her father gets a writing assignment across the country and they have to move there.
The house they will be staying in is old and creepy. Every room is big and haunting and it sounds like someone is following her all the time. Yet she never sees anyone. When she takes a walk around the grounds, she uncovers a family cemetery. She freaks out, but that is only the beginning of her problems.
Things are crawling out of those graves at night. Apparently, hers and her father’s presence have awakened the undead and they are out for blood. Her blood. Will she be able to save herself before the living dead seek out their revenge?
