この本の元になっている企画、「これを読まないと年が越せないでしょう」akaこれ読ま、を毎年楽しみにしています。私がチェックしだしたのはここ5年ぐらいですが、遡るともう10年以上も開催されています。この本はその「これ読ま」でショートリストに入った文芸小説カテゴリーの本の数々が載っていて、聞いたこともない本もあってTBRに加えるのが楽しみです。私個人としては今後のノンフィクションカテゴリーがとても楽しみです。洋書を原語で読むのが好きな人には必須の本だと思います。
