I actually don’t understand the hate people give this book. It’s one of my favorite books and I loved the badass female character who could defend herself instead of crying whenever someone made a remark. And Ace is well hot and a whipped mf who grew on me.
The whole D’Angelo series is a masterpiece truly

This book is one of my guilty pleasures and if you are in a mood to read a good romance book this might not for you.

This is book is much for like when you are...*Cough*feeling h**rny enough.If i give a review on how I read most of my romance book, this probably would not even get 3 stars the reason is that it was problematic and cringey not to say toxic. But am not complaining as the author had already mentioned she was young when she wrote it.

There were no emotional connection between the characters...but mahn was there the sexual tension ? Absolutely yes. And the female MC is a "boss birch", rude, etc etc.

So if u are looking for a book with a bossy female and some mafia shit but don't mind problematic plots this is for you .



PS: am really excited for the second book is this series... hoping it would hv a better character depicted

I honestly love the writing style and the plot of this book, and the author...don't even get me started on her. I love her so much I honestly believe that she writes the best books on Wattpad. I love Ace and Bella's relationship so much. I don't know why a lot of people shit on this book when it's def one of my top favorite books I've read in 2021, if not ever. The plot keeps the readers interested and there are def no dull moments. ugh this book I just MUWAH *chefs kiss*

(this review is based on the rewritten version) gee this book is really good to me like I love every moment of this book! well I was addicted to this book lol.....every sweet moment with max Ari and Lucia all were cute and yes I miss this book so much. Ace D'Angelo had me blushing lol and Bella D'Angelo? yes ma'am. I love the D'Angelo series. and I wasn't there before to read the original draft of this book but the rewritten version was good and yes the teasing was good for me And yes we have a boss bitch who is grumpier than the male lead lol
