I love Luc
Usually a rockstar is written as a manwhore with a bad attitude. Luc is a man who knows what he wants and doesn't play games. He wants his Sunlight so he goes for her and keeps her. I swooned the entire time!

Dirty and hot!
Well, HOT DAMN! Having read the original version of this book back in it's public app days, I can honestly say that this book has blosomed into a great book that I think many people will fall in love with. I love the way that the lead couple's relationship starts and how it progresses throughout the story. Talita's writing is amazing she knows how to tell a great story and write chemistry that makes your blood heat and your panties melt. The only thing that bothered me was the use of the word "dirty," now I agree that there are a lot of places that the word could be used, but I think it was a little over used. Other than that, I truly can't find fault with anything having to do with this story. The characters have depth, they have their own stories that have shaped them into who they are. We find out about Luc's backstory and know a little bit about Allegra but the chemistry between the two is were they really come alive. This story is a Cayenne Pepper throughout the whole story, with the hot explict sex scenes and the burn that you can feel from the moment the two characters meet. I give this story a 4.75 out of 5 stars.
If you like Rock Star romance I recommend this story to you. I also would recommend this book if you like a secret romance, because this one is the epitome of a secret romance.

Amazing!
So I started to read this book only stopping when I needed to use the bathroom, sleep and feed my kids lol
What a roller-coaster 😍❤
This highly vivid emotional read was incredible. Talita Lawrence has always had a way with words and Dirty Lyrics is no different. She is an incredible writer who uses her talent to reel you into her story, and make you feel part of the characters.
I completely fell in love with Luc though my heart broke for him after what he had gone through. I wanted him to find happiness that he deserved, and he deserved so much. Whether he knew it or not, he needed someone to show him the support that his ex should have shown him. I'm glad that he found the love he deserved.
Allegra is equally sweet, strong and I adored her character and morale. She also deserved to find happiness and I'm so excited that she did.
I went through all the emotions in the book, feeling every high, every low, every fear and all the love in between. I don't want to give too much away but damn that ending was 😍😍😍
I absolutely recommend you give this story a chance, especially if you're into contemporary rock star romance books. The cover is damn hot too!

From the first chapter it is clear that this is a book that will leave its mark. Through the use of beautiful rhetorical figures, the author takes the reader on a love journey between Luc Johns, grumpy singer of a successful band and Allegra Reid, a young journalist, with just one glance when their eyes locked an affinity will break out and will lead them to find themselves protagonists of a series of dirty lies .. this book is about a beautiful, absolute and pure love, born from the shadow and then flowing into the light to quote the author every day, every night and every moment in-between.
The story is well structured and beautifully written, the words just flow through and keep the attention of the reader high and eager to get more, to get an other piece of these amazing characters.

Truly amazing
I absolutely loved this one. I’ve been a super fan of Talita’s work from when I read this very story the first time on chapters app. Now that it’s published I loved it even more. I will say without a doubt I will re read this one again. Definitely worth the read.

Not a bad read but could have been better
We follow a chance love story between a heart-broken Moody lead singer & an eager journalist stuck doing makeup reviews, who finally gets her career shot.
The stubbornness between the MCs was frustrating to read, everyone could see it. There were so many hints but they both refused to acknowledge what was really there.
Alex is a complete DOUCHE btw!
As much as I loved this story & the ending was just dreamy. I feel the pull to bring me into the story just wasn't there.
The repetitiveness started to bother me towards the end. I even found myself skipping sex scenes as they seemed to be the same scenes mixed in different ways, throughout the whole book.

I started reading this book last night and I really gave it my best shot. Luc was boring and made no sense at all. Allegra had zero integrity and fell into bed with him immediately. The author didn’t take the time to develop attractive, friendship or any reason to care much. I felt no connection to either character. I didn’t bother to finish the book but I had read about 70% of it. I can’t recommend this book.
