Israfil isn't a cat person. Or a people person. Actually, he doesn't like anyone or anything, yet for some reason, once he's released after millennia from his prison, he accidentally acquires a feline.
But Kitty, and her many—many—demands, is nothing compared to the human he encounters. Serafina is a treasure hunter, and she won't let anything get in her way, not even a horseman of the apocalypse and his talkative cat.
As they explore dangerous catacombs in search of a magical artifact, she not only has to watch out for traps but keep a tether on her attraction. A losing cause since she is tempted to find out if dragons are big all over. The good news? If this confirmed bachelorette succumbs to allure, it will be a temporary fling because he's not into commitment.
What they didn't count on? A meddling Kitty and love.
Hello, my name is Eve Langlais and I am an International Bestselling author who loves to write hot romance, usually with werewolves, cyborgs or aliens .
I should warn you, I have a twisted imagination and a sarcastic sense of humor something I like to let loose in my writing. While well known for my shifter stories, I am also extremely partial to aliens, the kind who like to abduct humans and then drive them insane...with pleasure. Or do you like something a little darker, more serious? Then check out my cyborgs whose battle with humanity have captivated readers worldwide.
Oh how I loved Kitty! Kitty is the Dragon’s pet, and she is ALL cat, and the fact she brought about the supposed end of the world, not her fault. Her favourite minion, our hero, has been very good to her, even bringing another minion, a female, for her. Yes, the story is about Israfil and Serafina as a couple, but we do get some good moments from Kitty’s POV as well. This was a great story, had some great laughs, and pairing up an arrogant cat against those arrogant dragons, well, let’s just call it a draw (not really, Kitty wins!). I hope this isn’t the end of the Dragon’s, I’m sure there are more stories to be told <3
This was such a funny, crazy, exciting story! I loved the couple, the humour, the storyline, but definitely a special mention has to go out to the VIP of the story, Kitty. Hilarious to show the POV of the cat. If you're looking for a funny escape from real life, then I highly recommend this book. While it can work as a standalone, you'll get more out of the interactions of the secondary characters if you, at the very least, have read the last couple books. This series is amazing though, so you might as well start at book one!
When an obnoxious and demanding kitty demands to be pampered by a dragon mage, what could go wrong? In this book Israfil is a three thousand year old dragon who needs to find a ring which will prevent the Shaitan from getting it and destroying mankind. But when Israfil meets Serafina, who is human, things get more dangerous and complicated. What an exciting book. Loved it.
Fun, entertaining addition to the series. I always enjoy returning to this world, with some new characters and some old familiar faces thrown in just for the fun of it. You can always count on laugh out loud moments with this crew of misfits. I thoroughly enjoyed this book loved the story and the banter between the characters. I can only say to this author, can we have some more please…
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this one. Serafina and Israfil were both stubborn. I hope there will be more dragon stories. I’m glad Babette and Jeebrelle had their happy ending. Babette sure earned it. Well on to the next series. I’ve so many books I don’t know where to start. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰💜💜💜💜💜😊😊😊😊😊
I picked this book solely on the title and cover. Dragons & kitties. What better thing to read about when you need something different?I loved Kitty the most. Obviously being a self proclaimed cat lady I would go for the cat you would think. And this time you are right! If there wasn't the cat this book would be another boring romance/fantasy. The author was just genius adding the cat. The cat just makes this book.
All in all, because of the cat, the book is perfect for something different. Breaks up the monotony of romance & fantasy. While I know I picked this series up 9 books in, I think I might want to read the whole series all because of this book.
