Great book for a new teacher to consider key strategies to improve their school and classroom outcomes through clear and well researched approaches.

Fantastic introductory to the core ideas behind creating a positive “classroom vibe.” The strength of this book is the use of data to support the practical strategies it delivers. Recommend this for graduate teachers and any who want to take some time to reflect on the climate within their classroom.
