Atlas is young, gorgeous and has his world under complete control. He lives in a nice apartment, has a great best friend and an awesome job as a graphic designer. He loves his life, and it’s almost perfect...even if it is boring and utterly predictable and stale. When he sees an ad that can change his life, he decides to step out of his comfort zone and straight into the world of glitz, glamour, sex and sin. It just so happens to be occupied by the sexiest, best-looking man he’s ever seen.
Hawk broke one of his own rules when he opened his door to the handsome young man looking for a top modeling job...without an agent. From that moment on, Hawk wanted Atlas even though he'd never wanted to keep anybody for himself before. He just can’t help himself.
When an unseen enemy threatens their happiness, and the blissful future they’re trying to work out is in danger of shattering around them like a broken dream, they have to do whatever it takes to keep their love strong and alive.
Loved the romance and BDSM involved between innocent Atlas and broody Hawk. Great adding a twisted villain and rescue to bring their HEA. I enjoyed that we were introduced to Hawk's friends who I hope to get their own story. I really intrigued of 2 with their own romance story, can't wait for the next book in this world :)
This was my first book by this author and I really enjoyed it! A friend recommended (and then gifted me) this book.
Looking at the cover and reading the blurb, I thought the book would feature a heavy dose of BDSM but it doesn’t (which is good because I wasn’t really in the mood for that).
While Hawk has all the traits of a Dom, he and Atlas do not have a D/s relationship.
I thoroughly enjoyed the characters as well as the writing style. I will look i to reading more from this author.
I really liked the first 65% of the book. But, when it was supposed to get suspenseful, it just got cheesy. Hawks character went from a gruff dominant to super sappy. Looks like there's supposed to be a 2nd book coming, hopefully it will be like the beginning of this book.
An amazing story, thoroughly enjoyed it. Hawk is an intimating Dom kind of man and I was so into his persona. Atlas, although completely gorgeous, was rather naive and shy, what a wonderful pair they made. My first with this author, a perfect read.
