About the author

Mary Graham Bonner was an author of children's books. When writing for boys, she sometimes published under the name "M.G. Bonner." She also wrote daily bedtime stories that were syndicated by the Associated Press.

Bonner won the 1942 Constance Lindsay Skinner Award for “Canada and Her Story.”
