A Quality Resource for the Elderly and Caregivers

This book is a refreshing look at aging, focusing nor on age, but on health. Dr. Patel's passionate plea is to pay attention and provide what your body needs to be healthy. He breaks down complicated topics like Medicare into easily understood concepts. This book is an excellent reference for the older adult preparing for retirement, the aging adult facing medical challenges, the family facing end-of-life of a loved one, and the myriad of medical professionals and caregivers. In short, everyone treating or caring for another person will benefit from reading this book. So also will anyone preparing for retirement or making end of life decisions. I highly recommend this book and commend Dr Patel for his energy, effort and commitment to help others by writing it. I've participated as a caregiver in several family members' end of life journeys and know the information to be spot on. Thank you, Dr Patel!
