Great little introduction to the Mayas and surrounding cultures. Well organized and reader friendly.

Fascinating. I like how the authors only mention the important facts (in their opinion) since the Mayan culture is complicated. I loved have this book while I was living in Merida and visiting Mayan sites in the Yucatan - perfect for expanding knowledge of the subject.
