At one point, Selah, Vice, and Skye were inseparable...but money will change the very meaning of "friends to the end."
Life after losing a loved one can be hard, especially if you're the reason why they are no longer here. These are the times that you are supposed to lean on your friends the most. Selah is about to learn a hard lesson that she may not be ready for. Will her ride or die chicks ride with her again, or will this be the end of the trio? Feelings will be hurt, and the things they've done in the dark will come back to haunt them, whether or not they're prepared. Nowadays, you have to be careful who you call a friend.
Anna J. started writing as a child, creating short stories in her creative writing classes. This later turned into writing poetry in high school. In her early twenties she entered a short story contest, and her first work of fiction "Stories To Excite You: Menage Quad" was published. Always an avid reader, Anna J. saw a void in the industry. The types of books she wanted to read hadn't been written yet. With that in mind, she penned her first book "My Woman His Wife", published in 2004, which quickly became an Essence Magazine best seller. Anna J went on to pen 12 novels. She also participated in 9 short story compilations, and self-published 9 works of fiction. Anna J. Is currently at work on future releases.
I listen to audio. Both books are good! Selah, was a serial killer that had a serious mental problem! Once you crossed her or broke her heart, regardless to who you were sibling or not, you would be dealt with accordingly... Vice, only cared about herself & her money, she would go about getting her coins by any means necessary, even if it's robbing her own friends. Greed and stupidity got her killed. Skye on the other hand, went with the flow of things, she showed her loyalty to Selah & Vice until end. She opened her own business & became a mother.

This was a good follow up. I do wish the characters were just a little more fleshed out and, more follow up was given. But all in all, it's a satisfying entertaining read. The ending left room for a possible third. *fingers crossed*
