I picked this up because it sounded short and sweet, and I wanted a lighthearted college romance story after reading a long angsty xianxia story, but this wasn't really my cup of tea.
There was absolutely nothing exciting or interesting about the romance, and I could care less about the side couple (MC's best friend and the ML's brother).
I started regretting picking this up 1/3 of the way through, but at that point I was already committed, plus it was a shorter story, so I sucked it up and finished it. Sadly I disliked it even more as I continued reading after the side couple was introduced.

it's a cute and warm slice of life story. the MC very mature but cute in his way. altough younger than MC, ML is a mature man and very responsible. i not very keen about the side pair story (MC best friend and ML brother) so i skipped their story

I think Mo Lingqiu character could develop a bit more, showing his truth intention. Overall, 3.9/5 for me ⭐️
