English title: The Villainous Shizun Is As Beautiful As A Flower

This book is so much fun. Our Shizun is mischievous, not beneath acting pitiful to get what he wants, and actually has almost no Shizun-vibe at all. The various characters involved are diverse, from a shixiong sect master, former love target, a cute ginseng Shen Bubu, an OP father, a half-brother who has Xue Meng's vibe, and so on.
The disciple and gong is very sweet (until he's not lol). I do feel the romance takes a back seat sometimes, but I don't mind it since the story itself is entertaining. The ending is a bit chaotic, but I like it that the transmigration part has a reason and is explained well.
Recommended if you like the trope.

The Shizun-disciple dynamic is one of my favorite tropes, and this story certainly didn't disappoint!
The plot setup is super intriguing, instead of a typical human or demon, the ultimate antagonist is the Heavenly Dao itself 🤔 The story blends romance and comedy so well, but it also delivers heavy angst that genuinely made me cry 😭
The character roster is really enjoyable. I loved the MC, he wasn't overly OP right from the start and had such a hilarious personality. Zhou Xuanlan was equally amazing and undeniably sweet toward his Shizun 🥰
Overall, the plot and characters were well crafted, making this such a fun and emotional read. If you're a fan of Master-disciple tropes, this one is definitely worth adding to your reading list!
