One very brave woman…

I’ve been anxiously awaiting the release of this book forever. Now, after having it for three hours, I’m anxiously awaiting the release of the next one. Its always the way!
Trying not to give anything away….
This one is set in the north again. The two dragon partners, Rik and Scott head north from Draconia after serious information is delivered to King Rowland by one of the snowcats. There they meet Clair who has been living and spying in the secret passageways of the castle Solamar lived in and is now occupied by Gebel.
It also sees the return of several characters from previous books who are almost more important than the main characters of this book. We learn a little more about Loralai and get some long overdue information about The Citadel.
I really liked how the heroine was so smart and her men recognized that as well. It was nice seeing some familiar characters in this story from previous books. My only complaint was the book was too short. I loved the cliffhanger at the end. I cannot wait to learn more about the north witch. I'm sure Bianca has great plans for her and I cannot wait to find out more.
I loved every word. The only thing, which is always the same, it ended! I wasn’t ready to leave the castle and dragons yet! I never am. Bianca D’Arc has done it again and I can’t wait to see where we go from here!
Much shorter and tamer than previous books in the series but interesting to the overall arc to be sure. Scott, Rik, and Claire were sweet and fun but I'd have loved more time for their relationship to blossom. Looking forward to the next book in the series soon.
Loved this story!!!! Now I understand why Lorilei does what she does to protect her daughter. I am amazed that the stories for this series keep getting better and better!!!
The Gatekeeper has more information for the reader concerning the Citadel. Claire has been living within the hidden walls of the castle since it was taken over by Salomar and then Geber. Her task, protect the gate to the Citadel. Unfortunately, her time is running out and she needs help. She's able to get word to a few allies, but it doesn't look like they will make it in time. She's ready to do whatever it takes to keep the gate protected, even if it means her life.
This book gave even more information to round out the overall storyline. There are things that surprised me that came from this read. The flow is still the same as the other books in this series. There are a few people and dragons that are reintroduced and help to meld the other things happening in this world. Short story, but I think it will help bridge everything together in the end.
Clair has been in hiding for a few years in the walls of the castle she been watching and listening now she needs help to stop the evil that has ruled the castle. After befriending a snowcat she gets him to go seek help from the king of draconian he agrees to sent some of his knights with their dragons and send word to the fey folk to help her. For she can’t let the evil find the gate that she guards. After meeting to of the knights and their dragon things go bad she is captured to be tortured for her secrets of where the gate is. But the knights and their dragons get her out then when to army of knights and dragons and snowcat come to protect the gate the evil guy has fled to the south to a stronger fortress. But now there three have found each other and have learned other secrets. So enjoy another good read in the series!!
I LOVE DRAGONS! I read all 17 books in about 3 weeks. I couldn't get enough and then the last book Ended. I Need more!!! There are stories within the story that have to be finished. What happens to the North witch and her daughter? What about Tor? Who and where is his mother? I, we want more! Please tell me there will be more. The books are Awesome. If you like dragons these are for you. What I found to be the best attribute was that the books storyline was continuous. You did not find yourself puzzled from the end of one book to the beginning of the next book! Fantastically Awesome. I recommend that You read these books
I am truly loving diving back into this series... and now I'm on to reading the latest releases I had yet to read I am dying for the "north witches" book. I know Bianca is gearing us up for one massive battle, and while i don't want this series to ever end, i cannot wait for it. Keep writing Bianca... and quickly, please.
This is one goid read! As all the previous books in the series has been. The interaction of the characters is so real. Even though it is a fantasy story it comes across as real. This is a series of books I truly wish I hard hard copies in my collection .
I loved this story! Claire is gutsy and crafty. She accomplished a lot at great risk to herself. The knights and dragons added another dimension as well as heat.
