Kidnapping is a terrible enough crime, but sometimes, it's a precursor to darker things. That darkness becomes a stark reality for MBLIS Miami when a girl is kidnapped off a cruise ship, only to resurface as the victim of a torturer's livestream. It's a race against time for Ethan, Holm, and the team to find the kidnappers' trail before they claim their victim for the twisted excitement of their viewers.
But even if Ethan finds his way into the dark room of torture, will he make it out alive?
Matt Lincoln has lived his entire life on the coast and he wouldn't have it any other way. A lifelong fan of Travis McGee, Magnum PI, and just about anyone who knows their way around a boat and a good cigar, Matt now lives where the sand meets the surf with his beautiful wife, a son who reminds him way too much of himself at that age, and an Irish Setter who he can never seem to tire out. Life is good.
This was a very poingant and intriguing story. I liked that Marston didn't spend energy on a side romance. I think this was the best so far in the series. I also like that the subject of the book is a real horror in the world that needs to be eradicated. I hope there are some real Marston and holmes out there
Even though this story had me cringing and definitely sick to my stomach, I could not get enough of it! Finished it in less and 2 days!🙂🙂🙂🙂. Would definitely recommend it to fans of Matt Lincoln books. This whole series has me intrigued! Can't wait to read the next(last) one in the series.😍😍😍
Though this was about a really DARK subject, it is one that needs to be brought to light But really... telescope!!!?? You meant stethoscope. Please let me edit your books. These would be so much better if we didn't have to interpret them as we read. Valeriecook1063@msn.com.
I find myself not unlike the kids and come into the bar foe the next installment of the story. I’m captivated and impatient. Thanks for keeping my interest and please get busy on the next one!!
I have read numerous books in this series and have enjoyed all of them. The subscript of Ethan searching for the Rogue adds a pleasant backdrop to the series.
I really enjoyed this story from the Coastal Fury series. It had a good amount of suspense and I had a hard time putting the story down. Highly recommend!!
