The Princes of Ravenwood

Rate this book
Another relocation, another private school. I'm used to it by now. At least this is the last time my dad's job can make me move and change schools. I just need to keep my head down and finish high school. I figured Ravenwood couldn't be any different than every other private school I've been set to. Oh, how wrong I was. No other school I've attended had guys like the Frost triplets. That's right, TRIPLETS! And I don't know why they've sent their icy sights on me, but they've ruined my plans of just going unnoticed and finishing senior year.Frost Ravenwood has been a never-ending bore. Because we are Frosts, people kiss our ass from students to staff. They treat us like royalty. But, of course, we aren't, just from a very old and extremely rich family. None of them know us. Hell, they can't even tell us apart. Which usually suits us fine as we swap with each other for classes we don't like or even when dealing with girls. But it still pisses us off. It's been a long time since there was a new student at Ravenwood and who could blame us for deciding to tease her.

I've only read polyamorous stories set in the supernatural world (those involve twins etc) so I wasn't sure how this would go in a human setting, but it was fantastic! Absolutely loved every minute of it.

Overall ok read if you have nothing else to read but I didn’t like how the author made the father into a total psycho, drunkard dick halfway through when he came across as typical Asian dad in beginning who has disciplined military man. Just feels out of character and somewhat disconnected.
Would have loved more high school drama and angst instead of everyone loving her after the accident and high school was just mentioned in passing. High school drama was why I started reading the book in the first place. Would have been more interesting to show Riko’s conflict on dating triplets, the reaction of their school mates and if she had made the triplets work for it instead of insta love and dating all within a week and moving in with them after the accident. Would be better for character building and show of backbone for Riko to knock bitchy Jane of her pedestal instead of her new bestie.
The part where Riko screamed profanity at her dad for not allowing her to go on a date with the triplets was jarringly childish like 10 year old throwing a temper tantrum’s for not getting her way instead of reasoning with him when he had a no dating rule that’s normal in some Asian families. The tantrum showed she was not mature enough to handle a ménage relationship.
The story just went downhill after the accident and I almost stopped reading then.
Spunky grandma was great comic relief but the language she used is somewhat out of character/crude for a Japanese woman. The extended epilogues redeemed to story somewhat in the end as showed some maturity in the characters.
Hence 3 stars

Hmm, we're do I begin 🤔. 5 star's for me was worth it the story line, plot, and characters were amazing. For sure had some twist's that I didn't see coming about her Dad, I normally read alot so I tend to see things ahead of time in books not this one. But all in all I loved the way it came together it was a cute, sweet high school story, had some suspense in it also. Oh big bonus points from me that it had their's and her's POVs. Thank you, for that! For sure recommend this book, if your wanting to be in a different world and not be a adult or worried about life in general for a hot minute I also couldn't put it down. Oh and spoiler the details in this book had me getting all hot and breathing heavily.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book from the minute I picked it up. I couldn’t get through the book fast enough! Lots of twists and turns which keeps you turning the pages. I can’t wait to read the rest of the books in the Ravenwood series. Definitely recommend 💖

It's reverse harem/polygamous story. Which typically, is not my thing. However, as I love Bryant Bloodmoon and Incubi series, I gave this a shot. I loved it! Definitely worth the read!

Couldn't put it down

This book was amazing. It kept you wondering the whole way. It was a refreshing tale of love gone right. One of the best reverse harems I've read

With Bryant being one of my favorite authors I knew I had to read this book. However I didn't know what to expect really when I started the book. I've read romance books before like the (Notebook) and had just started reading supernatural romance books. But had never read harem and definitely never read reverse harem before but I do now. You will definitely love the Triplets and Riko's love story it's has unexpected family trauma. Ànd a grandma that is such a badass that everyone would want a grandma Yūki.

Princes of Ravenwood by Bryant is a departure from the werewolf tales that Bryant is known for. It follows the life of Riko Shiraishi, a high school senior, and her burgeoning relationship with the Frost triplets - Darius, Elijah, and Forrest.

This book made me breathless! While I, personally, cannot fathom how I would handle 3 identical hotties, I can see how Riko can fall in love with all of them. It is like they are one person split into 3! How do I (in her shoes) choose between them?

Each triplet’s personality is so different from the other that it makes me wonder why most people can’t tell them apart, including their parents. Sure, they are identical, and, sure, they like to pretend to be each other to fool people, but one would expect that close friends and especially family would know who is who.

Riko is the first person to see each of them as individuals and could immediately tell them apart. This, perhaps, is the main reason why Darius, Elijah, and Forrest were quickly drawn to her. Polyamory is a complicated relationship dynamic but I get it. And I don't think I would be able to love just one of them either if I was Riko.

While this story is a reverse harem romance, at the same time it does fall under the young adult/teen category so … more story, less heat but it still gets pretty hot. 😊
