Written by an expert who changes her own life! True story, by a famous family therapist.
It is an application of Parts Work, Integrated Family Systems.
It is also a page-turner because you wonder whether she is going to make it! Will she, who already knows SO much, be able to learn & apply some remarkable new & life-changing methods of framing?
Because of her fame & erudition, she has access to a LOT of resources, so the ones she selected are of intense interest to those of us on a similar journey.
I commend this book to those of us struggling -- and those helping us -- with our own limits of perception and escape. Our self-made prisons.
I love the intelligence with which Dr Huebner treats us and how she honors our own particular versions of the prisons of our own making.

This was a helpful tool for personal growth and reflection. I needed more space to complete the activities than the book made space for, so I needed a notebook companion. It could use a read-over by an editor before the second publication to correct a few typos and inconsistencies scattered throughout.
