Abriu minha visão pra como a oração tem fundamentos importantes que precisam ser observados, e como cada tipo de oração é essencial e específica em si própria

some books you finish reading, and you’re left humbled.

we are not doing enough in Christ’s Body. we are too busy. too busy. and our busyness has left a yawning gap for the enemy to have a field day, where we as believers should have been standing.

we are too busy with Self, petty squabbles, complaining, our feelings, that we do not see that we will be held responsible for the things befallen on this earth. for the deaths, disasters, wars, God must have called someone to pray. will He just do anything without informing His body?

we are too busy. too preoccupied, and the enemy is doing as he wills. and we are allowing him.

I repent Lord Jesus for being too busy and too selfish to intercede as you want me to. forgive me. I volunteer.

Overall I think this book was very good. I certainly learned from it. I won’t say I agree with everything that was said, but that’s true for most spiritual books and I think that’s normal and to be expected. I’d still recommend this book
