Hun har ret i mange af sine betragtninger om at det at leve i evig ketose ikke er sundt, men hun kan ikke kalde sine opskrifter ketogene når der bruges så mange ingredienser med så stort indhold af kulhydrat. Feks er pankomel da en helt unødvendig ingrediens. Da spinat og avokado er de to grøntsager hun bruger i smoothies er variationen da også for lille og der er masser af sødemidler i alle smoothies i bogen. At spise efter bogen vil garanteret give et vægttab men sundt tror jeg ikke det er
The book has great information about health. I like that she broke information down about macro, net carbs, carbs.... so it was easy to understand the role of food. I like that she offers recipes but honestly many did not sound appealing to me. I'm hoping it taste good because I'll have a new palate once I go through this journey. I'm a foodie and like to eat! I honestly don't like the idea of being restrictive to anything. I believe live life in moderation but this plan makes me think the opposite. It means I need to shift my mindset if I want different results I know. The one thing I didn't like was her mentioning follow on tips in her other books! So basically purchasing her other books to help continue the healthy Keto lifestyle journey. I'm open to trying new things so let's see what it yields for me and my family!!!
Easy to follow with simple recipes and common ingredients so you don’t spend a fortune to use something once. Shopping and menu are well structured. Didn’t feel hungry and was easy to comply to IF. Followed exactly to the page for 14 days, no cheat, moderate exercise, daily walks, no stress, lost 1kg.
Dissatisfied with results and sought help on her Facebook page but my post was rejected. This page is heavily promoted as a community but it’s really just self informing marketing. The frustrating bit is when you look through what posts have been approved it is only those that have huge loss or her own posts. Whilst there are elements that I’ll continue, the lack of support when things don’t work means your on your own despite her repeated statements otherwise.
A quick, easy to read and understand book for a keto friendly cleanse. It looks very doable, so my husband and I are going to try it later this summer. I’ve done her green smoothie cleanse before, but it included way too much fruit, so too high in carbs for me. This one fits into my lifestyle better.
Helpful information! I think this book goes down the core of weight loss and people should give it a try! Whether you follow the exact plan or not, the fundamental concept of weight loss and insulin is a great idea to keep in mind. So the next time you choose your food or drink, be more mindful and reach your goal ^^.
I haven’t done the cleanse yet, but I liked how the author made a healthier approach to keto incorporating more greens, healthy fats, and lean proteins. While also implementing intermittent fasting and tabata workouts into daily routine. I’ll most likely skip the recommended tabata workouts and stick with walking or cycling.
I love the smoothies, snacks, and the meals. Intermittent fasting is the truth and it's how I ate in my glory days when I was at my fittest! This is my second time doing this plan. This time after the 14 days, I will stop counting the days and keep going.

This is an easy read and very informative book. It outlines a simple but detailed plan for those of us that struggle to be consistent in our weight loss journey. The meals, recipes, shopping lists and healthy snacks are all provided. I am so ready for the cleanse and lifestyle change!
