I am a fan of Torri's books. As if she could improve any I was wrong. Her full-length novel, Nosedive is awesome. I just have two words...dragon sex!! Fans of paranormal romance books will want to pick up this book for themselves.
My new favorite couple is Cam and Charlie. The sexual chemistry between them is smoldering hot. I could not get enough of these two. I love Charlie's sassy attitude. She is someone that I would hang out with in real life. Can I take a moment to mention Cam's Scottish accent? I could hear his voice in my head as I was reading this book and was a puddle of sexual charged energy. Thanks, Torri, for making my dreams wet ones with Nosedive!

Anyone that knows me knows I don't read pnr. The last time 2 times I did one of them was Torris.
Nosedive had me hooked me from the start, I read within a day, that invested in the plot nothing got done in my house.
I loved the whole Charlie/ Cameron Dynamic. Shifting is a new one to me and I need more books like this.
Great plot, well written with drama and action, and the spice was out of this world.

Cam and Charlie are such a damn sexy couple.
Torri always gives us strong willed FMCs and MMCs with all the heart to rival and "handle" their women.
The insta-love in this story is ON POINT!
Charlie is a badass witch on the run from her past, and Cam, Cam is sexy and sweet with a filthy mouth that I cannot get enough of.
Their mating was perfectly done, and even better, the plot and action keeps you on the edge of your seat. Bravo, Torri.
Best one yet.

So I'm usually not drawn to PNR romances, but for some reason, every time this author pens a new tale, I'm intrigued. Charlie is a deliciously strong-willed but lovable witch, and funny! What does she need from an arrogant dragon shifter, anyway? Turns out, more than she counted on. Against her better judgement, Charlie indulges Cam, first for selfish reasons, then for far more selfish reasons, which explains why dragons breathe fire...Charlie and Cam absolutely deliver the heat! This solo debut novel definitely packs a punch -- strong heroine, a respectful dragon who still knows how to satisfy but not overwhelm, and a WooHoo climax that left me cheering.

Charlie and Cam, oh my gosh, gushing over how these two banter!! Their chemistry was hot! I really enjoyed how Cam fell for her right away and with Charlie, she had reservations because he was a shifter while she was a witch. You find out there are deep rooted issues as to why she’s reserved and I absolutely loved the character development between each single character and then Charlie and Cam as a couple. There were a couple twists that I didn’t see coming, and I love being surprised, the steam was OH SOO SEXY! Oh and the tail ;)
This is the first time I’ve read a book by Torri and let me tell you, her writing is soooo good! I need to read more.

This book was absolutely nothing like I thought it would be going in. For starters, I thought this would be just another “fated mates” PNR, but I can say whole heartedly that I have never read a book like this before. Cam had already found and lost his fated mate (and dragons only got one), so they just fell in love on their own, without a bond pushing them together.
Charlie is on the run from her coven after escaping her crazy, abusive ex-fiancé. Cameron has run away from his clan looking for freedom. They meet on a hike in a small Scottish town, and one could say she fell (off a cliff) for him on that mountain top. One night. That’s all they agreed to. But when Cam’s past comes knocking, Charlie ends up caught in the dragon crossfires. Being forced into a mate bond for her survival wasn’t on her list of to do's. She didn’t go from spending years crawling out of her last prison just to end up in another. But can she really just leave? Can she leave Cam and the other girls that were forced into abusive mate bonds, like she was with her coven?
Charlie, while seriously boneheaded, is also a complete and total badass. She had walls built to the moon, and not only did Cam break those down, but she also helped break his down as well. Cam was possessive and Protective, and I loved it!!
I will say I would have liked to see her use her new mate bond witch powers more, but I did like how mating with her made Cam stronger (usually it’s the girl getting stronger because of the guy).
This book was not as spicy as I thought it would be, but it still had a few good scenes (some with a tail), and the plot was so fast paced, and action packed that I didn’t even really notice.
All in all, this was a fun book to read, and I will definitely be reading more from this author in the future.

I was lucky enough to receive an advanced copy of Nosedive and I could not set it down. Torri Heat has become of one of my favorite authors. Her books normally aren’t too long, but I still find myself engrossed in these characters stories and the worlds she creates. Nosedive was no different.
Cam and Charlie are very different and when all Charlie wants to do is run (which she has good reason to) Cam follows, like a good dragon. They end up being thrown together time after time. Cam realizes his feelings way before Charlie does, but she has to admit there is chemistry there. They eventually find solace in each other and really learn what it’s like when two soles are connected.
Though they mate, they weren’t necessarily fated mates and I actually kind of liked that. Don’t get me wrong, I love my fated mates and Charlie and Cam had undeniable chemistry from the beginning, but neither of them felt like they were truly mates, they just fell in love. That’s honestly a little rare in romantasy books and Heat did a wonderful job of it and it made me love these characters even more. Through each other, Cam and Charlie truly learned what “home” actually meant.
Don’t miss out on this upcoming release full of cool supernatural creatures, finding yourself, and unpredictable love. Nosedive is a must read romantasy novel!

Omg! Nosedive was absolutely amazing! 👏 I absolutely loved it. I read it all in one night!
Charlie is badass, sassy, and headstrong FMC. I absolutely LOVE strong FMCs that are opinionated and don't take crap from anybody. 😍 While hiking alone she crosses paths with a dragon shifter named Cam. They have an exciting, and interesting, first meeting. 🤭 Charlie has some secrets of her own, and does not want to share them with the handsome shifter she crosses paths with.
This story has drama, suspense, action, and some very awesome spicy scenes. 👌 The spicy scenes were, *chefs kiss*, AMAZING! 👏 Cam is definitely one of my new book boyfriends. 🔥

I'm going to admit now that I licked Cam and his tail, I have no regrets, none. This book is as hot as hell, and I loved every minute of it. The chemistry between Cam and Charlie was instant and perfect. She can try and fight it, but she knows she wants him, we all do. We've got witches and dragons and some seriously shady characters trying to get in the way of their HEA. Thankfully this kick-ass duo will be having none of that. I can't recommend this book enough, and I can tell you now, you need these two in your life, did I mention Cam's tail? (wipes drool off the screen) Yeah, you need this, you know you do.

Charlie's on the run but when she has chance encounter with Cam all her plans seem to go out the window. I liked Charlie and Cam right from the start they have this sizzling chemistry and playful banter which I enjoyed. I loved the paranormal connections that just keep forcing them together as they both just struggle to avoid their futures.
I admit this one has been sitting on my shelf for a while way longer that it should have because I ended up devouring it in just one afternoon. I love the characters I felt I was really able to connect with both Charlie and Cam. I found their story very interesting the way the different supernatural beings interacted.
Nosedive is a captivating whirlwind adventure that hooks you right from the start till the very last page I couldn't put it down. This one was sweet with just the right balance of steamy and story. The author has created another beautiful story that just captured my heart. This is a perfect paranormal romance it was so beautifully done. I can't wait to read more of the authors books. I just lover her books and ever story has been unique and incredible.

This is the first book I read by Torri Heat and I honestly really liked this book and I'll definitely read other book by her in the future. Nosedive has some of my favorite tropes: angst, mates and shifters... Well, there's no way I wouldn't like it!
The book tells Cam and Charlie's story. Charlie is a powerful witch and Cam is a dragon shifter. They find each other in the woods. Both trying to rn away from something, while Cam is trying to run away from things in his head, Charlie has a much more palpable danger lurking in the shadows.
Cam instantly feels the mating pull toward Charlie, but he doesn't want to believe it because he HAD a mate before. You can't have two, right?... RIGHT? And while he's trying to keep Charlie from runing away from HIM, they end up in a bigger trouble than hey imagined.
I really liked this book, both characters had very good reasons to run, they had chemistry and the best of al is that the Charlie wasn't shy virgin predictable heroine. She knew exactly what she wanted, how she wanted and who she wanted... Cam had to keep up with her. However, I felt like a part of the plot was kind of confusing. I know the book is a standalone, but I suppose it's part of a specific universe so it's possible that I only didn't have all the information. Other than that, the book flows really nicely. I couldn't put it down.
And I can't finish this review withou talking about the smut. Since I love a good monster romance, I was thrilled with how creative Cam can be with his tail... If you know what I mean. *wink wink* Charlie and Cam just can't keep their hands off each other and I LIVED for that!
This book is an amazing book if you're into soulmates, shifters, witches, angst and tailsex... Nosedive is the book for you!

This was a quick and sweet paranormal read. We have the witch Charlie, trying to get away from her coven, and we have the dragon shifter Cam, that hasn't been home with his pack (?) for a while due to reasons. Their paths cross and they are forced to work together to avoid a dark/grey future. It is fast paced which I liked (it's hard to get bored when things are happening all the time) and though I have a problem with insta-love, this one didn't bother me at all (probably due to Charlie being a pretty headstrong character). Some bits of information was a bit repetitive and I would have liked more world building and background information to create more depth in the story. But overall, a nice, quick and sweet paranormal story.

WOW! This was such a fun book to read!
Ok so I literally just finished this book a few seconds ago and I'm like trying to gather my thoughts. If you have any sort of fantasy hangover PLEASE READ THIS because it will cure it for sure.

I wasn't sure if this book would be my thing when I first started but each chapter kept me begging to turn to the next page to see where this story was heading until I was in love. You have mister sunshine and sexy Scottish smiles Cam over here who is all smitten with Charlie. A mysterious, sensitive, and sensuous witch who decides to follow her heart over her fears with each moment she spends with Cam even if she does succumb to her fears here and there; yet Cam refuses to give up the chase to win over his "Ice Queen's" heart. This story is full of adventure, mystery, and personal growth for the characters as they grow closer and begin to rub off on one another to where their faith and love in each other is what determines their fate.
This book melted my panties and then heart a few pages later.
I stayed up all night for this book people because I seriously couldn't put it down.

A fun erotic blend of A Discovery of Witches. Outlander, and The Game of Thrones. I was pleasantly surprised to be totally turned on by dragon sex. That tail?!?! What more can I say? You'll have to read the book to find out!!!!

This book was so much fun, who doesn’t love a little one night stand turned mayhem? You start off enjoying the banter between two very secretive and stubborn characters that seem like they are polar opposites but once the plot picks up you realize not all is what it seems. This is very fast paced once you hit about 25% through so make sure to hold on to you knickers cause you’re going for a ride.
Charlie is fearless & stubborn and Cam gives you next door neighbor vibes.
The world building is interesting, it is balanced well with the plot & characters. Being a standalone I was quite impressed. I wouldn’t mind continuing this world or characters in spin offs….

Charlie is fearless & stubborn and Cam gives you next door neighbor vibes.
The world building is interesting, it is balanced well with the plot & characters. Being a standalone I was quite impressed. I wouldn’t mind continuing this world or characters in spin offs….

This is super fast-paced and super insta-lovey but also super enjoyable. It’s filled with romance and smut and many other things as well.
Cam and Charlie both have left their old lives and have been travelling around. When they meet while hiking and Charlie gets injured Cam helps and they have a one night stand. Which turns out to become more than they both initially intended it to be.
I really enjoyed both Cam and Charlie as characters. It’s told in dual POV so we get to see inside both of their heads. Charlie is very headstrong witch who knows what she wants in life, which makes her very hesitant to ever talk to Cam at first. Cam on the other hand is very friendly and protective, he’s also a dragon shifter.
I love the dynamics between them and love getting to see them quickly fall for each other. For how quick the book is you do get to see a decent amount of development between the characters both as individuals but also them together.
Again this is very Insta love so if you don’t like then then maybe this book isn’t for you. I’m normally not that big into insta love but I enjoyed this a lot.
I think it could have been 5 stars if there was a bit more details about the world and if it was a tiny bit longer in all honesty because it felt a little rushed at the end. But I still enjoyed it and read it in 2 days.

I loved the passion Cam and Charlie possessed towards one another, it was exciting and thigh-clenching, if you know what I mean. I loved the Scottish settings and traditions used in the book, kind of had me thinking about a young James Frazer (Outlander) and that got me all kinds of hot. Add in those spicy scenes and delectable character friction? Holy hotness! Overall, a definite winner for lovers of spicy paranormal reads.

What a fun, steamy book. I think my favorite chapters were the ones from Cam's pov. Torri Heat really knocked the male perspective chapters out of the park, and I found myself looking forward to them even though I still enjoyed Charlie's perspective.
I've read a few other dragon/shifter books, but I think this one is my favorite. Heat puts a spin on the character that I personally haven't seen before.
Even though this is a full-length, it's a quick read because it sucks you in and stays action packed with plot and steam. I've liked reading Torri Heat before because there's either action or steam happening on the page at all time. She doesn't bog the story down with unnecessary details or flowery language. Good writers start their stories as close to the end as possible, and we get the cute meet and the action right away.

Nosedive is paranormal/fantasy romance following a Scottish Alpha Dragon shifter named Cameron and a strong and sassy witch named Charlie. Both Cam and Charlie have secrets and neither are quite ready to reveal them. After a one night stand turns to absolute mayhem, the two are forced to rely one each other to make it out of their predicament.

I went into this so deluciously blind– can’t recommend doing that more! Had no clue what I was in store for other than knowing Torri is a sure thing of a good time for me so it was a-okay! I feel like reverse grumpy-sunshine is hard to do well and I really liked this one!! While Cam was absolutely full of sunshine, I liked that he also had those moments of darkness and ferociously protecting her to make him a softy but only for her type of thing. Charlie was so stubborn (can’t relate at ALL lol) so seeing her having those walls break down was super definitely relateable. Overall a super fun standalone to break things up!

Absolute must read!!! 😍 Despite all she has been through Charlie is a bad ass FMC. No matter what she never stopped fighting to survive whatever life threw at her. However when life threw a handsome dragon shifter named Cam her way try as she may she couldn’t fight her pull to him! Cam carried his own pain and darkness but was still willing to find joy where he could, his character was perfectly written and was a perfect match to Charlie. Their chemistry was off the charts and the spice was just right. Especially the thing he does with his tail…👀 Nosedive was a story of hope, second chances and new beginnings. Very refreshing read 10/10 recommend.

Nosedive is a stand-alone fantasy romance book about Charlie, who’s a witch, running into Cam, a dragon shifter, while she’s trying to escape her past. Cam DEFINITELY brings the sunshine vibes to Charlie’s grumpy ass and I love that the guy is the sunshine for a change in this book!!
A few situations occur that forces Charlie to stick with Cam if she truly wants to find her freedom, but she doesn’t expect to fall for Cam along the way while making their escape plans.
This book was such an easy read and it hooks you to the story so quickly! It’s an interesting plot with plenty of spice 🌶 plus it definitely gets a bit kinky later in the book 😏🥵 if you want a fantasy romance which grabs your attention straight away, and you feel like you’re in between series or in a bit of a reading slump, then this is a book for you!

This was my first time reading a Torri book and I'm glad I did!
It's not my usual bag being more of a dark RH kinda girl at heart but the blurb had me intrigued
I loved how independent and strong Charlie is, she didn't need cam to protect her. When it does come to needing a bit of help he needs her just as much.
Cam is hot! Just the right touch of dominance and that tail 🙈 maybe I need to read this kind of pnr more often!
This is fairly insta love, plenty of steam and enough action to keep everyone happy.

Enjoyable easy read, I do love dragon shifters and Cam certainly had the caring, protective, caveman, dominant streak I love in them. Charlie took a while to grow on me, she was determined to push Cam away and kept running, but I learnt why I totally got and realised how hard it really was for her to trust.
The conclusion was action packed and I did love the twist in the *ahem* ta(i)le when it came to dragon steaminess. Phew it was pretty darn hot!

I honestly don't even know where to start with this one! Not only was it full of action and danger but omg the smut!! Torri always brings the smut and this is definitely no exception. What I think I loved most though was that everything tied together so well - the plot, the action, the smut and the love story. Nothing seemed to overpower and it blended so well. Once I started reading it was hard to stop! My first dragon shifter book definitely set the bar pretty high!

Such a great book! I found Tori’s books on TikTok and I knew I had to read this! Cam and Charlie have such a real relationship she doesn’t just cave at the start and Cam continues to help and try not to push as the story goes on. They story keeps you on your toes and comes to a great reunion in the end. I fully look forward to reading more of Tori’s books.
Oh and dragon shifters are the best 😍 mix a little dragon and witch action and you’ve got some hot fire going on!

This is the first book I’ve read by this author and I absolutely loved every minute of it 🖤 I’m a massive fan of PNR and dragons are 1 of my fave supernatural shifters so this was a fabulous mix of everything for me.
I loved the storyline, everything that bought Cam and Charlie together just made me feel that they where destined to be each other’s forever even when they might have been fighting against it.
This was such a face paced romance and the spice was very 🥵 especially when other parts of Cams dragon got involved 😜
I need a Cam in my life 🖤 he is everything, gruff, sweet, loving, funny, alpha and much more.
I’m sad I don’t have more of these 2 as I just loved everything about them but I also think this ended perfectly.
