Real estate and retrospect 1UP the young couple as they travel cross country for an old friend’s destination wedding. Everything matters in this multi-layered transhumanist rabbit hole. The truth is you can’t escape the game, so you might as well play. This is a book that breaks rules. Binger has blurred traditional literary lines yet again and he only wants to know one what’s your high score ?
This book is dripping with relevance to the techno Earth we are sliding towards, where the physical and the verse blend and ultimately become indistinguishable.
Did he predict Meta, or did he already know?
Binger is a few steps ahead and, having entered the game, I now understand why. Read at your own risk! The Game is everywhere.
In sum, this is an engrossing look at the terrifying invasion of big tech into our everyday lives. What could be more timely? Seriously, did this dude predict the metaverse?
Read this book! But make sure your phone and computer are off before doing so. The ish is real my friends.
This novel is ambitious on unpacking and crafting an alternative world of invasive AI into the confines of our mundane, contemporary lives. A narrator for the people, the sections are sprinkled with comedy and fourth-wall breaking. Periods within feel like slogging through a mental fog, or rushing us through the hallways of the plot, but, like technology, can addle or antagonize our mental states. May be worth checking out companion texts. A multi-seating, page-turning story.
