I loved it!
This is slightly dark and creepy, but I loved it! :)
Def a stalker ish romance but also a little taboo hehe.

I can’t recall exactly what prompted me to borrow this book from KU but I’m not sad about it. It says it’s a stalker book so I imagine it had something to do with that. Stalker books are becoming more popular but I’ve still found it hard to find good ones.
This is a novella, only 96 pages, but the author doesn’t beat around the bush so it honestly felt more substantial. The stalker part of this wasn’t heavily emphasized. We start out with the H, Osiris (wicked name), stalking a woman named Emma. He’s run into some issues here and we quickly realize Emma’s not gonna be our heroine.
Zara is our heroine, she’s stepsister to Osiris’ roommate, Leo. It doesn’t take long for Osiris to forget all about Emma and focus on his bratty new roommate. He sort of stalks her by tracking her location but since they live together the stalking aspect fades into the background.
So now we have Osiris, who is definitely a dom and potentially a sociopath. It’s heavily implied he may have murdered some of his previous stalking subjects after he was done playing with them. The book is told entirely from his perspective which I appreciated.
He can’t resist starting a secret D/s relationship with Zara. He’s bossy and jealous and super possessive. Yum. He’s definitely intrigued when he realizes there might be some taboo interest between Zara and her stepbrother, Leo. He puts this theory to test and we end up with a fun, filthy MMF relationship with them together.
Story 4/5, Heat 5/5, Angst 1/5
Fast burn, the sexiness between Zara and Osiris gets started around 25%.
No condoms, no virgins, no manwhore (in my opinion), MMF relationship, D/s power exchange, dub-con, taboo, masturbation, anal, breath play (choking), squirting, degradation, praise, breeding kink, DP, no OW/OM drama, no push away, no separations. No cheating, no cliffhanger and HEA.
Safety - as long as you’re down with the previously mentioned things this is a safe read. There’s no OM drama but she does have an interested co-worker but she’s not interested in him - I think he’s mentioned a few times to showcase Osiris’ jealousy and possessiveness.

This crazy taboo book was such a fun read and oh boy was it steamy! Osiris is crazy and lives a secret life as a stalker. His roommate Leo, is clueless about the man that has lived with him for years. When Leo’s step sister, Zara, ends up having to stay at their place Osiris meets his new obsession. Zara is bratty, needy for attention, and loves pushing all the buttons. Leo is sweet and so clueless. Osiris is obsessive, possessive, violent, and when he wants something he gets it no matter what. These three somehow work despite the taboo and toxic nature of their relationship. They just fit together and I can’t help but root for them. If you are into dark, taboo, super spicy stories then check this book out!

Different
Well wasn't expecting that ! Very hot ,very naughty and in its own way dark and taboo but thankfully not taboo in a weird this shouldn't be right ,no bloodline so nothing sickly and did have lots of dirty sex which is better than boring vanilla ,if you like a short raunchy read and not a great love story this is the book to read ,couldn't say I warmed to the characters but in a book like this you dnt expect cosy and loving characters to stay with you ,but it was a fun read, short and sweet and very filthy

I didn’t know what I was getting into when I picked this up as my last book of the year. 😂
This whole book is told from the POV of the hero, or antihero, I should say. It’s pretty clear from the beginning that he’s not a good guy, but even though we are privy to his thoughts/feelings, I can’t say I know much about him other than:
1. He likes to stalk and kidnap women.
2. He has a roommate.
3. He has some kind of sex dungeon in the basement.
4. He’s a sociopath, and possibly a serial killer.
5. He’s a dominant.
6. He likes dirty, kinky sex.
7. He doesn’t identify himself as attracted to men, but is DTF at least one particular guy.
If the above sounds like a winning combo to you and you aren’t looking for sweet and loving emotional development/interactions (or even much of a storyline), you might enjoy this one.
Most of the story is sex that involves some kinks and taboo elements, but it’s well written for what it is, and there are some pretty steamy scenes.

For what this book was, I enjoyed it! I thought the characters where better and I overall just really liked it! If ur looking for smut, and good smut, I’d recommend reading it
