For such a wide ranging and "dry" topic (I didn't find it too dry, but most people probably will), this is an excellent study resource for the exam. The examples are good, and the exam tips provide great insight into the types of questions you might find on the CISSP exam. Levity is provided via some rather humorous examples to keep things light, which was a welcome break from the non-stop barrage of acronyms.

It's extremely long but, as stated by the author, the topics covered are "a mile wide and an inch deep". I'd say that sums it up succinctly.

Fantastic resource and well explained. There is a lot of material to cover and I’m seriously impressed by the wealth of knowledge and level of detail by the authors! Was well prepared for the CISSP exam with this book!
