An incredible resource for those navigating chronic pain in a relationship. A lot of the information and techniques weren't new to me, but the application and lens were very useful, and have left me with lots of interesting and important discussions to have with my partner!

Thank you to Exisle Publishing for my copy of this book ❤️

I'll be honest - I felt nervous going into this book. Perhaps I was worried I'd feel worse about myself afterwards, however that was so not the case!

Karra's writing is as if you're listening to your best friend. She is honest, kind, respectful, and encouraging! I really enjoyed the structure and thought all of the advice was great.

I also enjoyed getting to learn about Karra's story too, which is an important aspect to this book. I immediately trusted what Karra was saying as I knew she understood it! She is also living it, and that makes all the difference (in my opinion).

I recommend this book for anyone who is living with a chronic illness (whether that includes chronic pain or not) who is in a relationship, or looking for one. This book can also be read by support people for an insight, however I think it's more suited for people living with the pain/condition.

I'm looking forward to interviewing Karra for an upcoming episode of That's So Chronic!

I thought this was an informative book. I have heard many of the things discussed, but it is nice to have it all in one place. I think this would be a good resource for anyone, not just couples dealing with chronic pain.

I've finished the first read and added tabs for later so I can go back to it. I loved how she addresses the issues with compassion and a realistic view. I can easily see how this can be used for myself, my partner and all my platonic friendships that I would consider very close friends
