Two hot rescuers? Yes please. Getting lost in the jungle? No thank you. But Brian’s stuck with both. Will they ever make it out alive?
A botched rescue mission leaves SEALs, Jack and Becca, injured and alone without their team. But that’s not their only problem. The rescuee, Brian is also with them. With limited resources and no way to contact the United States government the triad is forced into the jungles of Columbia.
Jack has always kept Becca firmly in the co-worker category, well except that one time…
But when his life flashes before his eyes, again he can no longer keep his hands to himself. Soon his thoughts include both the gorgeous blond and his little firecracker.
It seems that the doctor completes both Becca and Jack, who knew? Can the trio make it to safety with their hearts in tack, or will their escape go belly up?

My name is Kaydee Robins. Reading has always been a passion of mine. In middle and high school, I would participate in the summer reading programs at the local library, often winning many prizes. My mom called me a hermit because I’d rather be in my room reading a book than outside or with my friends. In high school, I discovered my love for books also extended to plays; thus, my passion for theatre was born. My favorite was working behind the scenes, creating colorful lighting effects.

I followed my passion in college and obtained an associate’s in theatre arts. I also wrote short stories and fan fiction (don’t judge). While I loved the theatre, I quickly learned that it wasn’t practical to do for a living unless I got a break. So I started studying web and graphic design and did theatre as a hobby. Four years later, I had a bachelor’s in information technology, followed by a master’s a couple of years later.

Today, I work as a system administrator in a NOC (network operations center), where I monitor my companies network for server issues. Since a NOC is 24×7, I work in 12-hour shifts giving me literally half the month off to work on my hobbies.

In 2019, I decided that I was going to start writing again. My kids were finally old enough that I could concentrate more on my hobbies than theirs. I published my first book, A Spy and his SEAL, at the end of August. In addition, I design all the covers for my books,

I learned long ago. I like reading all kinds of romances, straight, gay, bisexual; it doesn’t matter. My favorite being gay paranormal. Nothing beats a good book about fated mates, shifters, and male pregnancy. Another top pick is action/suspense romance. What’s better than falling in love while dodging bullets and saving lives?

As for my personal life, I am a cisgender straight woman. I am married to a wonderful man who supports me for my weird habits and interests. He is a stay at home dad taking care of our daughter and two sons. When I’m not working, I’m reading, writing, playing video games, or watching my favorite dramas. I also bake bread, mainly sourdough, and have started using my starter in just about any baked products.

Jack and Becca are Navy Seals sent to Colombia to rescue Brian a doctor being held hostage. During the rescue they lose two other Seals in an explosion and lose communication with the remaining team members. Jack’s leg was broken in the explosion so Brian and Becca help get him out of the compound. Brian sets his leg the best he can and they escape. While hiding out for weeks, waiting for help they stay in caves until they can find a phone to let command know where they are located. When they are finally rescued and come home, the three of them are in love. The drama and suspense keep you reading until the end. Also the steamy scenes keep you turning each page to see what happens. Awesome book part of a series that makes you want to know what will happen next.

What happens when 2 people in love who can’t seem to get together meet a third? Kismet! I loved Jack and Becca in the previous books, but they truly shine here, and Brian is a complete match for them. There is no feeling like a third wheel, or the majority of the attention going to one character over the others. This truly is a well balanced relationship. I loved Jack’s confusion over his feelings, Becca’s acceptance, and Brian’s gentle understanding. The stream between these three is HOT! And as always with this series, the action is fast-paced, edge of your seat. The underlying threads of this series continue seamlessly. I’m eager for the next book!

The plot is a bit simple, a team of SEAL left to rescue hostages in Colombia who find themselves lost without means of communication. But the romance part between the three characters starts a little too fast. The overprotective side of SEALs is touching. You have to read the previous episodes to better understand the links with the other characters who intervene during the story. The questioning of the two men on their bisexuality is interesting but not developed enough. There are a few twists throughout the book to hold the attention. It will be necessary to wait for the next book to know the rest of the story.

Another fun read in this fast paced series. This one has car chases, hiking through the jungle, mobsters, and a steamy threesome. The action in this series doesn't overshadow the characters. Lots of fun.
