This is the best book yet in the Cassidy McCabe Mystery series. Really enjoy the developing characters.

I'm very familiar with the area where this story took place, and so I enjoyed the details the author used to set the scene. I liked Cassidy, too.

But I thought the story was slow to take off and become really engaging, and I'm not sure how I feel about Zach. Maybe it's my fault for starting with Book #4 in the series instead of #1. While I can't recommend this book, there's enough here to encourage me to give the series another try.
