I’m always up for an epic wilderness with this author’s stories! The first book in the series introduces us to the remote village Laurent that has been isolated from the rest of society. It’s fascinating to imagine what that could have been like, and how a community would progress separately for over a century with limited resources. In this book an outsider makes his way to the village, and the villagers’ fear over his potential threat makes Audrey’s natural compassion help him escape from the captivity they placed him in. The spiritual journey of Levi and Audrey adds depth to the crisis they find themselves in, and their attraction makes their situation even more complex. I was glued to the pages to find out how they would find a solution to their growing closeness.

I really enjoy Misty Beller's books and I've been looking forward to the next in this series. The group of folks living in the mountain side, hidden from the outside world in the wilderness captured my attention from the very first. This one tells Audrey Moreau's story, she who acts as the healer for the group. Audrey faces some very difficult challenges here when a stranger comes to their little community. And the outsider, Levi Masters, also faces very hard choices here.
I love Beller's way of telling stories about the American frontier. She has such a way with her stories that pull this reader in. I'm a history buff and am totally happy reading one of her books. Very much recommended.
My thanks to Bethany House Publishers for a copy of this book via Net Galley. The review here is my own.
3.5 stars "This man is not a danger to us. If we shed innocent blood, that evil will be marked to our account. He must be set free."
Carved deep into the Canadian Rockies, the mountain village of Laurent is heavily guarded and highly suspicious of strangers. When British spy Levi Masters stumbles into their midst while following American intelligence, he begins to regret what his occupation has turned into. Now his very life hangs in the balance, for the village council will soon decide his fate and Levi's only ally seems to be Laurent's lovely young healer, Audrey Moreau.
Audrey Moreau is convinced that deep down Levi Masters is a good man. One with regrets? Certainly. But not one with ill intent towards her beloved Laurent community. Acting on a whim, Audrey whisks Levi out of the village, not trusting the village leaders to spare his life. What happens afterwards is going to test every ability they each possess to survive. Has Audrey just made the worst mistake of her young lifetime, or is God still capable of working all things to His good.
"I'm praying Audrey. The Lord has a plan in this, though I don't know what it is. He'll carry us through."
With each step further into this unique cave community, the author utilizes her creative imagination to remind readers how extraordinary God's ordinary plans can turn out to be. Aubrey and Levi's faith journeys may have had vastly different beginnings, but both are tested in order to be strengthened. Be sure to cozy up with your favorite blanket while you read . . . . it's cold in those caves!
I received a copy of this book from the author and publisher. The opinions stated above are entirely my own.
This is the second book in the Brides of Laurent series. I enjoyed this one much more than the first book in the series. I love Audrey and Levi. Both are lovable characters. There is a lot of adventure, twist and turns that kept me engaged throughout the story. The book setting is northern Canada in the snowy late winter. I don't know how this village of people have survived for over one hundred years without anyone leaving or anyone new coming in. It felt a bit otherworldly or fantasy. The romance is sweet and tender. I love how the author sprinkled scripture throughout the pages. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book which I received from the author. All views expressed are only my honest opinion.
A Healer’s Promise was such an enjoyable book to read! I loved watching the two main characters, Audrey and Levi, connect. I liked that very early on in the book, Levi dealt with his internal struggle concerning actions he had taken during the war and determined to simply tell the truth and trust in God’s guidance and deliverance. While he answered the councils questions truthfully, he was also human and nervous about the upcoming verdict. When Audrey compelled him to take a chance and escape rather than face the community's decision, he went with her. From there, one thing after another ended up going wrong.
This book was a good illustration of how actions have consequences and that truly trusting in God is not always easy. Sometimes fear propelled the steps that these main characters took.
I really enjoyed the way the initial attraction between Audrey and Levi grew toward love as they passed the time together and got to know each other. They were both very likable characters with good hearts. Their story was captivating and I look forward to reading the next book in the series.
(4.5 stars)
I received a complimentary copy of this book. All opinions are my own.
It was so wonderful to visit Laurent again and escape into a time past. I can see the picturesque village carved in the mountain and the people that survive off resources available. Living there for awhile in my mind was an amazing journey. I loved getting reacquainted with characters from the previous book and meeting newcomer Levi Masters. I admired the strength of character Audrey displayed to stand up for what she believed was right. Sometimes we get ahead of God and realize we should have sought His will first and this story shows that. I enjoy the real authentic characters this author creates amidst a storyline that sparks your imagination and keeps you immersed. This is book two in The Brides of Laurent series and I recommend you read the previous book for background on the characters although it isn’t necessary. Anxiously awaiting the next installment. I received a complimentary copy from the author. The honest review and opinions are my own and were not required.
I thoroughly enjoyed this historical Christian fiction! I was intrigued by Audrey's character in the first book and was excited to finally have her story.
Levi is taken prisoner when he enters the village of Laurent, a small town hidden away in the mountains, but Audrey is convinced he means no harm. When she helps him escape, it triggers a chain of events full of suspense, action, and forbidden romance. Audrey and Levi have to rely on each other to survive and I loved their charming love story! The romance was so very sweet and their first kiss was just sigh worthy.
Loved the setting, the side characters, and the beautiful themes about trust and faith woven into the story. Excited to read Charlotte's story next!
I received a complimentary copy of the book but a positive review was not required.
I love Misty M. Beller’s mountain stories, and A Healer’s Promise is a wonderful addition to her Brides of Laurent series. Audrey intrigued me in book one (A Warrior’s Heart) and finding out more about her backstory endeared her to me in ways I didn’t expect. Levi was also an interesting character—his history with Evan was incorporated well into the story. I also loved getting to see Evan and Brielle together again! I’m excited for Charlotte’s story next. 4/5 stars
I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.
Laurent is a village in the mountains, a place that we might call utopia. Strangers to their tiny community might be dangerous, seeking to do them harm. Levi Masters was a British soldier, bringing with him memories of past horrors. Could this man be trusted?
Audrey Moreau is the village healer. She has spent many hours learning from those who came before and spends her days harvesting the necessary herbs to keep the village healthy. Will she get herself into trouble by seeking to help one who is perhaps undeserving?
What a lovely story of grace, putting the past behind and learning to accept the love of God for oneself. These well-developed characters have much to show us if we just consider their circumstances and how they realized the importance of setting the Lord first. With Him at your right hand, you will not be moved.
This ARC of book 2 in the Brides of Laurent series was received through Baker Publishing Group, Bethany House Publishers and NetGalley. These thoughts and impressions are my own and were in no way solicited.
I haven't read a single book by this author that I didn't love. And this one started out great and just kept right on! It's a story of a little village in the Canadian Rockies in the 1800's. The people are good people, but Levi, finds himself in a compromised position as an enemy to these people, but a man with a great heart, nonetheless. And Audrey's heart tells her he is a good person and helps him escape from his captivity. I was enthralled as the story takes them away from her home and people in an effort to protect him. The characters are really likeable in every way. There is lots of adventure and danger and action. No dull moments to skim past quickly. It is a well-written romance and speaks to me of faith and trusts. Great book. And you won't want to miss this one. It is book 2 of a series, but reads well as a stand-alone also.
I received a complimentary copy of this book from the publisher and NetGalley. All thoughts are my own.
I have had this book on my TBR list since Misty M. Beller said it was releasing last year.
A Healer’s Promise led me on a merry adventure that I am coming to expect from Misty M. Beller’s books. A literal over the mountains and through the woods type adventure with a great moral and interesting characters.
I mean there’s Levi (Umm hello spy?) and Audrey a healer from the village. The two made a great combination and they were very interesting as I got to know them through the book.
Overall, I would say that A Healer’s Promise exceeded my expectations and I am very much looking forward to book number three 😊
*I volunteered to read this book in return for my honest feedback.
Audrey is a healer in a small village out west, presumably near Canada. She has never traveled outside of her village but often wonders what the world has to offer. One day she meets an outsider that comes into town and even though the townspeople think he is up to no good, she sees good in him.
Levi is an Englishman working for the crown to gather information about areas that they still occupy after the war ended. When he lands into Audrey’s village, many are suspected that he is up to no good and instantly do not trust him. He is put under detention but Audrey has other plans. Audrey helps him out of “jail” and gives him food to run off and find his way back to where he came from. However, other villagers find out and pursue him down. He makes it out but is injured and without a horse. Audrey stayed behind but wanted to make sure he made it to the cave she mentioned. She finds him injured and helps him to the cave.
Over the coming weeks, Audrey helps him heal and in that time she grows fond of Levi. Will they be able to come back to her village despite all that happened?
Setting
Misty has amazing talents in bringing the reader to the time period the book is set in. It was a rugged, gritty, and challenging place to live. It was definitely not for the faint of heart. People who moved out west at this time was looking to restart their life and were up for the challenge. Misty definitely was able to emphasize this with the setting of this book.
Final Thoughts
Audrey is very much a sheltered girl. She doesn’t really know much about the world around her except for what she grew up knowing. However, I did find her not to be as judgemental about Levi as the others came across as. While that is a positive I did also find that she did trust him too easily right away. Speaking of their relationship, I found their relationship quite sweet. Levi saw that Audrey was loyal to her family and admired that since he found that lacking in himself. Audrey was grateful that Levi helped her see the world beyond what she knew by sharing his travels and what he experienced.
Misty Beller definitely nailed what it was like for settlers out west at this time. It was a challenging place to live and most people never traveled out of their own village their whole life. Winters were brutal and harsh. When Levi was injured, it was impressive that Audrey was able to heal him and keep him and herself warm and fed during a difficulte time of the year. It was definitely admirable!
Overall, I really enjoyed this story of adventure and romance. I don’t think it was as strong as her previous novels but it was enjoyable nevertheless.
Would I recommend it?
Yes! I think it’s a fun book to read over the weekend. It definitely uplifts your spirits after a long hard week at work or in your personal life.
Please Note: I was sent a copy of this book to review by the publisher. All opinions are my own.
A Healer's Promise by Misty M. Beller Pub Date 03 May 2022 Bethany House, Bethany House Publishers Christian | Romance
I am reviewing a copy of A Healer’s Promise through Bethany House and Netgalley:
She had been called to be a healer, but never before were her heart and tears so tested.
Levi Masters time as a British Spy, had not yet ended, despite the fact that the countries was no longer at war with America. After overhearing a scout reveal a discovery that could give America the upper hand in future conflicts, Levi is sent on one last mission. While trekking through the Canadian Rockies in pursuit of his former enemy, he is taken captive by warriors from a hidden mountain village.
Audrey Moreau, a village healer finds herself more curious than afraid of the outsider, and she's drawn to his commitment to honesty even at his own expense. Despite arguing for his release the council remains at an impasse. Compelled to help him escape, she sneaks him out of the village. But when Levi faces a life-threatening injury and the fierce mountain winter closes in, Levi and Audrey are forced to discover just how far they'll go to ensure the safety of the other and the love growing between them.
If you’re looking for a book filled with romance and intrigue, then I highly recommend A Healer’s Prayer.
I really enjoyed this excursion into the Canadian wilderness. Laurent is an isolated town in a secluded sanctuary in the Canadian Rockies. British spy Levi Masters was intrigued enough by what he overheard American spy Evan MacManus report to make the long trip north to follow him on his return trip. Yet during the whole journey he struggles with the cost of his role as a spy and becomes determined to leave lying and deception behind. With the war over, he comes to the conclusion to leave the past behind as he is captured by the town.
Influenced by a distrustful Evan, the council plans to make a decision concerning his fate. Town healer Audrey Moreau has a soft heart and while she is convinced Levi is telling the truth, she is terribly worried the town will not make a decision in Levi’s favor. She makes a rash decision to help him escape, inexplicably intrigued by him and convinced of his character. A decision with cascading effects she never could have imagined.
Misty Beller always takes her readers on an enjoyable journey! I felt like I was truly with Audrey and Levi- the setting felt so real- like a picture. I feel like this second book had much more action and the peril in the pages drew me in a bit more than the first one, though they were both very good. I loved both Audrey and Levi’s characters and felt they grew and developed in a realistic way.
Thank you to NetGalley and Bethany House for a complementary copy of this book. My opinions are my own.
I have been patiently waiting for this book, the second in this series. Ms. Beller writes stories from her heart that extends to your heart as you read. I loved this book and had a very hard time to put it down and do other things I needed too! In the first book we met the wonderful people of Laurent and Brielle the female leader of the warriors that protect and hunt for meat for the residents of Laurent. We also may Evan McManus, an American spy searching for a special mineral that may help the Americans to win the way against the British. We get to continue learning more about these two as the series continues. We also get to see into the life of Audrey, who we learned in the first book has a gift of healing. When Evan returns to Laurent after reporting to his command, he unknowingly brings a British citizen with him. There are so many different ways of love in this book, that you will feel the tears sting your eyes as you pray along with the characters for God to intervene. I loved this story and the many situations the characters found themselves in, from the pounding of my heart as I felt the fear and the love. I can hardly wait to read the next book in this series! Well done, Misty Beller! I received a free download of this book from Netgalley and the publisher Bethany House. This review is totally my own honest opinion of a truly enjoyable book!
My first introduction to Misty M. Beller's writing was with the second book in her Brides of Laurent series. Although I hadn't read book #1, A Warrior's Heart, I never felt confused or as if I were having to play catch-up. (Although I did want to read Brielle's and Evan's story as I completed A Healer's Promise!)
I am definitely a sucker for a spy book. A Healer's Promise introduces us to a spy in a unique setting: the War of 1812, between the young country of America and Great Britain. Englishman Levi Masters became a spy due to his own talents and his family's connections, but it was a job he was ready to leave behind, and he was grateful that the Treaty of Ghent proclaimed that the war was over. But he felt that he owed it to his country to find out one last piece of information, about a newly-discovered mineral in a secluded mountain area.
Audrey Moreau, the gifted healer for the community of Laurent, spots Levi as he's following Evan back to her community. Yet Evan counts Levi as the enemy, and Levi is taken into custody even as he peacefully surrenders to the community's guards. Audrey and Levi are drawn together, but an impetuous (yet well-meaning) decision by Audrey will throw the two into a dangerous situation that will test their shared faith and their resolve before it's all over.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book, and found Beller's writing and characters to be refreshing and beautiful. The way she unfolds the faith shared by the Laurent community (and the exercise of that faith), as well as that of Audrey and Levi was unique, winsome, and appealing. If you love historical fiction with a touch of mystery, you will so enjoy A Healer's Promise. And I think you'll be like me and want to read book #1 as well!
I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book which I received from the author. All views expressed are only my honest opinion.
This book has so many wonderful things going on that I was completely wrapped up from beginning to end. In the first book we met Evan MacManus as he came across our village of Laurent. Now, Evan is coming back to marry Brielle Durand and he has a stranger following him. When Audrey Moreau first spots Levi Masters she is intrigued and as she becomes more familiar she is his only saving grace from his fate in Laurent. These two will endure danger and heartaches and be tested to their limits but with faith and trust they will survive.
I loved Audrey's character as she is the healer but she has a back story that explains her need to see the good in people. Levi is likeable from the beginning. He is a good man that was in a bad situation and now wants to do God's will. There are so many great characters in this series and we are just getting to know them better. This is a continuing series as each book will be focused on two main characters but their stories will continue into the next books. Great stories and great series and I highly recommend this book. If you haven't read book one, A Warrior's Heart then I highly recommend that one as well as it will give you the beginning.
I received an early copy to read and review with my honest opinion. I loved this book and highly recommend it.
The second book in the series, this book didn’t hold my attention like the first book. While the first book was filled with awe and wonder of a unique community, this one focused on Audrey and Levi, another outsider. The first half of the book focused on their relationship, and the last half included more of the community.
It was clean and faith based, and I did enjoy it. I think this one is more of a romance, where the first book held more mystery and discovery of a unique village.
Looking forward to the third (and final?) book in the series.
A Healer's Promise, the second book in the Brides of Laurent series, by Misty M. Beller had me on the edge of my seat. The story of Audrey Moreau and Levi Masters is full of danger, intrigue, redemption and romance. If you haven't read any of Misty's previous books this series is a great starting place. Actually, any series is a great starting place but make sure you don't miss out on Brides of Laurent and A Healer's Promise!
This is another wonderful book from Misty Beller. She is so good at getting the reader interested in the story. This story also takes place in the village of Laurent. Levi, a British spy in the war, followed his friend to the village. There he is taken into custody but the healer, Audrey, doesn't really believe he is a threat. The story tells of their escapades and how it all turned out. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The detail that the author puts into her stories is amazing. You can just see where they are and what they are going through. I highly recommend this book. I was given a copy of the book, but that in no way influenced my review. It's my own opinion.
Every bit as good as it’s predecessor A Healer’s Promise is a perfectly crafted story of compassion, betrayal, and the power of faith to bring hope in difficult circumstances. Levi, a former British spy, has secretly followed Evan McManus back to the village of Laurent. He has no idea how this one action will have far reaching consequences not just for himself, but for the woman who goes out of her way to help him. Audrey has always had a heart for the hurting and when Levi is locked up waiting to see what fate the council has in store for him, she takes matters into her own hands. She has no idea the things her one action have set in motion. The outcome is entirely in God’s hands. Will each of them choose to trust Him or rely on themselves through their trials? This is an excellent book that I highly recommend. I was given a copy through NetGalley courtesy of Bethany House a division of Baker Publishing Group and this is my honest opinion.
Can love find a way through impossible differences?
As I started into A Healer's Promise I wondered if it would be more like the first book in the Brides Of Laurent series or closer to the other Misty M. Beller books that I've read in the past. I was quite happy to discover that it continued the first book's differences such as a larger cast of characters and more time spent in a village setting, while not neglecting the author's familiar storytelling voice.
Of the hero and heroine, I liked Levi the best. He may have been on the wrong side of the Revolutionary War but he's still, to use an old fashioned phrase, a real man of honor. Audrey, however, simultaneously made me like her for her kindness, loyalty, and faith while annoying me no end with her naivete and her what seemed like emotion based decisions that frequently had consequences for more than just her.
A Healer's Promise was a good read. Misty Beller threw in some real surprises that kept me on my toes and interested in the drama and adventure on the printed page. She also left a little hint or two towards the next book in the Brides Of Laurent which has me intrigued and anticipating the next installment in the series.
If you are a fan of Misty M. Beller's other works you'll definitely want to check out her Brides Of Laurent series. A Healer's Promise is the second book so don't forget to read the first. They are both worth a few hours reading time...
(I received a copy of this book from the publisher. All opinions are entirely my own.)
A Healer’s Promise by Misty M. Beller is the second book in the Brides of Laurent series. If you are familiar with Misty’s books, you know she is so talented at creating natural landscapes in the wilderness of the west. The town of Laurent is even more intriguing because of its unique culture and ways of survival–like digging caves from the inside of a mountain to use as homes. I have been looking forward to revisiting Laurent after the first book, and I loved being able to follow Audrey’s story. She is such a gentle soul, a true picture of the love of Christ we should be willing to give to others. I related to her struggle to follow the promptings of God while not running ahead of His will. Levi is a man who made a living using deception during the war, but now wants to live by the truth and grace of God. I admired him for turning back to his faith even after doing things he regretted. Overall, I loved the beautiful mountain setting, the sweet, slow-burn romance, and the suspense of wondering what would happen to Levi and Audrey in the end. But my favorite part of this story was the strong inspirational themes of being obedient to God and extending forgiveness. This story is a great work of entertaining, Christian fiction. If you like Tracie Peterson, then you should definitely read Misty M. Beller’s books. You’ll be hooked! I was given a copy of this book by the publisher with no expectations of a positive review. All opinions are my own.
I read A Healer’s Promise by Misty M. Beller. This novel takes place during and after the war between Britain and America.
Levi Masters is a British spy and has been sent on one last mission. He intends to follow an American scout to find out what the discovery is that could give America an edge in the war. While he is traveling through the Canadian Rockies in pursuit of his quarry, he is taken captive by warriors in a remote mountain village that is housed in caves in the mountain.
The village is going to determine if Levi is a threat to their way of living. He could be killed or kept captive. Audrey is the village healer and is not concerned that Levi is dangerous to their way of life. She decides to help him escape. In their flight, Levi is wounded and Audrey drags him to a hidden cave to care for him.
The story was a good one, except that I could not reconcile myself that these people lived in a large cave where apartments were carved out for each family. Although I liked the book, I just wanted to get to the end. I thought that this book was almost a fantasy novel.
A Healer's Promise is the second installment from Misty M Beller’s Brides of Laurent series. I adored the first book, A Warrior’s Heart and was excited to have the opportunity this one. I was far from being disappointed. Just when I find a favorite by this author, another new one pops up. I loved everything about Levi and Audrey’s story: history, setting, adventure, and romance. I had no problem reading the whole book in one sitting. It was a great way to stay up late in the wee of hours.
A Healer's Promise will be getting a very well deserved five plus stars. I highly recommend it for readers who enjoy reading clean historical romance. I can not wait to get my hands on the next installment from the Brides of Laurent series, A Daughter's Courage.
I received a paperback copy of A Healer's Promise from the publisher, but was not required to write a positive review. This review is one hundred percent my own honest opinion.
I loved this book so much! Misty M. Beller’s books always leave me with a happy smile on my face! I truly loved Audrey’s tender heart, selfless character, and strong beliefs. Her integrity, ability to see the best in people, and her forgiving nature were inspiring and made me think more than once about how I would respond in her situation. I loved Levi! I loved his honesty, faith, and strength all throughout the book.
This is turning out to be one of my favorite series (really anything by Misty automatically becomes a favorite!) and I can’t wait to see how these characters grow and continue on in the next book in the series!
I really appreciate how whenever I pick up a book by Misty M. Beller I know I’m going to be challenged in my faith and able to learn something from her characters by seeing how they live out their faith. It’s truly one of my favorite parts of her writing and makes her characters so real to me. Getting to see their struggles, successes, adventures, and ultimately how they look to God through it all. Thank you Misty for writing yet another incredible story!
I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book which I received from the author. All views expressed are only my honest opinion.
A Healer’s Promise by Misty M. Beller offers a historical romance with an interesting setting. Laurent, a village seated in Canada’s Rocky Mountains, intrigued me with its community and customs. I liked the way the villagers came together in times of need, displaying forgiveness and grace. Unfortunately, I never connected with either of the main characters. Audrey seemed too busy falling in love to take responsibility for her actions and Levi’s quick turn to truth felt overly convenient. I wished for more genuine struggles within the characters.
A Healer’s Promise by Misty M. Beller lands as the second novel in the Brides of Laurent series. Brielle and Evan, the couple from the first book, appeared frequently, but A Healer’s Promise worked fine as a standalone story. Readers who have enjoyed Misty M. Beller’s prior novels will likely enjoy this offering. 3.5 Stars.
Disclosure of Material Connection: I was provided a copy of this book by the author or publisher. All opinions in this review are my own.
A sweet touching story of a tender hearted heroine and a wounded hero😍. Audrey is the village healer and she is perfect for that role. A compassionate heart for even the worst of people. So when her village is infiltrated by an outsider and it seems that no one will give him a chance, she takes matters into her own hands. Levi is a British spy who isn't always happy with how he has to get his information. He wishes to be honest. While spying though he stumbles across a hidden village where he is captured and his outcome is not looking good. In a sudden outburst of braveness Audrey decides to help Levi escape. In the escape he is wounded. Audrey with her tender heart cannot leave him to fend for himself especially with winter approaching. When a snow traps them in a cave, they are forced to face the growing feelings and decide how far they want to take it. I really enjoyed this book😊!! I highly recommend!! I received a free copy, but was not required to give a positive review.
“She was called to be a healer, but her skills—and heart—have never been so challenged” in A Healer's Promise, the second Brides of Laurent book, from Misty M. Beller and Bethany House. British spy Levi Masters has found his way to the hidden mountain village of Laurent, where everyone suspects he has nefarious purposes. Only Audrey Moreau, the village healer, trusts him—and as a result, tries to help him escape. The adventure that ensues has plenty of faith, romance, and danger and makes for a quick, solid historical romance read. Levi and Audrey are a delightful pair, and I enjoyed following their story; I’m sure other fans of the genre will, too.
(I received a complimentary copy of this book and the opportunity to provide an honest review. I was not required to write a positive review, and all the opinions I have expressed are my own.)
I always enjoy books written by Misty M. Beller and this one was no exception. You definitely know you're up for an interesting ride. Both Levi and Audrey were definitely interesting characters to get to know. When Levi is taken prisoner at her village, he struggles to with his initial motives and all he has done during the war. His internal struggles shine through and we follow him on this journey as he tries to do right. Audrey on the other hand believes he's innocent despite his initial motives and she tries to help him escape. We walk with them through this journey of suspense, trying to survive and the ensuing romance that follows. With themes of faith and hope, this is a wonderful story that shouldn't be missed. I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author via the publisher. All opinions expressed are solely mine.
