Another outstanding edition of the Secret series! Falling in love with your best friend should be a wonderful thing, but what ifs can derail things before they ever get started. However, sometimes you simply must seize the day when you are in another country, but things go horribly awry when you are mistaken for the wrong American! An exciting romantic suspense that has the main characters on the run while trying to avoid a crazy woman and you have no idea why! Great characters, great romance, beautiful setting and so much more will keep you turning pages until the wee hours of the night as you just won't want to stop reading!

They're cute I have to say that. Cute friends to lovers fast romance.
The suspense part lost me here. I can't fathom how they keep going with their trip while knowing people are after them to kill. They were being attacked constantly ffs. They did not have any intention to get rid of that cipher either. Like oh they're after this paper? It's ok it's in my pocket, let's go to Rome and do touristy stuff.

A great best friends to lovers story. It's taken travelling far from home to Italy to get these town love struck friends to collide and finally admit their feelings for each other. There's more mystery involved and the threat of death as the couple travel all around the Italian countryside. This will keep you wondering how things will end.

I enjoyed this book, set in Italy. Claire and Justin have been friends forever and neither wants to ruin that. But, due to Claire being caught up in a dangerous situation, Justin steps in and the friendship boundaries are crossed. Another great book in the Secret Series.
