When Rose Williams decided to take a trip on a bus to escape from her lonely life in her town after her husband died, she hoped it would bring new and different experiences and perhaps a new outlook on life and people in general. With optimism, Rose packed for the trip; however, her grievances and animosity with the human race went along with her until she walked through a covered bridge that led her to a little town. She had no way of knowing that the walk would change her and take her to a simple life, with an abundance of joy, love, and unbelievable acceptance for everyone in that small world, while another place waited for her with anxiety.
