Grateful I read this
This is a solid devotional that will increase your faith and gratitude for the first Christmas.
That said, there are some definite pros and cons that stood out.
Pro:
The discussion questions are amazing and insightful! They will lead any group into thoughtful conversation.
The mix of songs, Bible study, history and anecdotes provides an integrated background for the texts, making certain there is something for everyone.
Having internet links for additional study is a thoughtful plus!
Con:
Sometimes the mix didn't make sense to me. It was like an extra song or history tidbit needed to go somewhere and so it was put in a blank spot.
Chapter length varies too much. Some are quite short while others go on too long.
Still, all that said, look at my title. It will make you appreciate Christmas!
