A bit of an older publication by Pam Dennison but still a great read.
I think she included a lot of practical information and really used great language to translate her ideas to readers. A super easy and engaging read - clearly designed for a pet owner to read with enough information so not to overwhelm but also resources for those looking for more.
The Rule of sevens pg 43 and the menu of consequences and behaviors pg 57.
