Macnaughton does it again with this incredibly fun and informational ABC, this time about insects. If you haven't read his other ABC books, check out "Bird of a Feather ABC Together" and "ABC Creatures."

The expressive insects of this book make it a fun read for young readers, and facts, like a caterpillar that grows new heads and keeps its old heads on top of its current heads, will, well...turn heads, no matter what age.

Not your average ABC book writer, Macnaughton combines rhyme, facts and fun that will keep kiddos asking to read this informative book again and again.

26 Bugs is a fun and informative lineup of bugs you might find wandering around your neighborhood. Each page features drawings and tidbits that bring these bugs to life. It is a great way to share interesting information about the world around us with young readers while helping them learn and remember their ABCs.

Macnaughton's illustrations are colorful and fun with hidden little extras hiding among the pages. Kids will love this!

This book is great! There are so many neat facts that make you guffaw, squirm, and smile. My son really enjoyed reading it.

The illustrations are wonderfully cartoony and the rhymes are a lot of fun. I highly recommend this book to someone looking for an entertaining and informative book for their kids...or themselves.

This is an exciting book with 26 real bugs. They gives the name and then an interesting fact about each bug. Each book will become a favorite for kiddos. I see walks in the neighborhood looking for bugs. Yeah! A family trip. I picked two bugs in the book to share...
O is for an Owl fly
R is for a Rhinoceros cockroach.
The illustrations fascinating.

My nephew's favorite book right now. Gets into some really weird bugs most kids might not have heard of like one that wears its old molted HEADS as HATS to scare off predators. Wow. Clever rhyme makes it easy to read on repeat. Good gift for the lil' scientists in your life.
