You know that any time that you read a romance novel with a age gap, it will be with bit of taboo to it




His sin was that, she was his daughter’s best friend and should know better

so, the question is what happens when you fall in love with the now woman has been your daughter’s best friend for as long as you can remember?




Mather dedicated his life to being the best single father to his amazing daughter ( Kelly) as one can…… at the same time he has built his empire as well….

Mather was burn by Kelly’s mother twenty odd years ago, and ever since than he has been a love them and leave kind of man , well until he started to notice his daughters best Rowan

As much as Mather try to get rowan out of his mind he couldn’t….. she was there at every turn……. not only was she Kelly’s bff , she was also his employee

This book has plenty of spicy moments, as well as bit of danger and suspense …. with bit of mafia throw in to the mix

i must say that the story line was good, but in my personal opinion, i had hard time connecting with Mather and his over the top jealousy …

As for Rowan, we didn’t get enough in my opinion of backstory to my liking….. So I can’t believe that I am going to say this but this was not one of my most favorable reads from Erin…… So, what you do When your Heroes Falls bit short in your eyes, why you pick yourself up and climb back on the horse


I am not saying this was bad read …. I think that we should be careful for what we ask for…. I got too much Alpha in Mather for my liking, again I’ll repeat myself, this is just my personal opinion

I wouldn’t never discourage anyone from reading this book. So, Happy Reading --- And Enjoy

This tale had plenty steamy moments and few twist and turns ... also few broken souls in its wake

Before I knew it I'd inhaled this in just over an hour or so, first time author to me, I kind of was expecting a wee bit more from this book, I wanted more of that forbidden aspect of butterflies hitting me incase they got caught, I wanted more stolen moments, plus I felt like the roles had been reversed and she was older than him when his caveman tendencies reared its ugly head.

Then when it came to the big reveal to his daughter that he was dating her best friend god did I want more, I expected the angsty rage to hit me in the ass but that never came, so for me it was just lacking a wee bit, or maybe it's me being overly picky. A few twists and turns did pop up in the storyline which I really did enjoy as it wasn't just about their relationship.

Watch Me Fall is the steamy forbidden romance between Mather and his daughter's best friend Rowan. Mather is a club owner that has spent half of his life as a single dad. Nothing is more important to him than his daughter until Rowan grows up and captures his attention. Rowan has had a huge crush on Mathers but never acted on it until that fire builds to an inferno neither can no longer deny. This book has some suspense and danger mixed in with some spicy scenes. Mather is over the top jealous and possessive at times. Rowan brings out a happiness in him that's been missing since he became a single man. Mather stands out a little bit more than Rowan for me but overall I enjoyed their story.

This is the story of Mather and Rowan. Mather has been a single father for a while now and he has done the best job he could to raise his daughter to be the young lady she is now. He has also worked as hard as he could while being the dad he needed to be and his businesses to what they are today. The most important thing in his life is his daughter but when his daughter is grown her friend Rowan has caught his attention. Rowan has always had a girlish crush on Mather growing up but now she really is even more attracted to her best friends father and she's never ever acted on that crush. But now things are starting to changes and the flames are beginning to fan a little higher and higher until they are an inferno. An inferno that is forbidden and has some suspense and danger mixed in to it. Where Mather is over the top jealous, Rowan is the girl who bring out a happiness in hi that he has been missing since he became a single father. I really liked this book and I really loved Mather, well except for maybe the crazy jealous part. They have more of a story than dad meets his daughter's friend and they start a fling and I loved that about this book. I really enjoyed it and was kind of sad when my time with these characters was over. If you like forbidden romances with an age gap then you will love this book.

This fast paced age difference romance is engaging and well written. There are a couple of events that whilst adding to the overall intrigue of the plot could have been developed further. That said, the story was interesting and the relationship between Mather and Rowan believable.
I also enjoyed the cameo of Enzo as he comes to Mathers aid.

Watch Me Fall by Erin Trejo is Delicious! Decadent! Suspenseful! Once you start you will not be able to put this book down. It had it all, danger, sex, forbidden love as well as a thrilling Mafia filled drama throughout. Mather is a sexy club owner who has raised his daughter since she was a baby when his wife left him. This has hardened his heart as he will use women but will not enter into a lasting relationship until his daughter's best friend Rowan takes him on one hell of an emotional roller coaster ride.

Rowan has an abusive relationship with her stepfather and spends all of her time with Kelly and working for Mather at his club. But the sexual chemistry that she fights each time she is near him is explosive. She could care less about the age gap and is having a hard time denying her feelings. Can she make him jealous to the point that he gives her what she wants? Will her best friend hate her if she learns of the feelings she has for her father?

One touch changes everything for both of them as they enter a torrid, hot relationship that is steamy and over the top sensual. Once Mather informs Rowan that she is his, he is over the the top protective and highly jealous as his temper explodes each time a male gets near her. With his latest threat towards Rowan, he informs Mather that Rowan will be his. How long can he protect both girls before Matias makes a move? With all of the twists and turns in this story you will be on edge when Mather is attacked, Rowan is kidnapped and a daring rescue to save Rowan in time with the help from his Mafia contact, Enzo Ricci. Now Mather will take out Matias and his associates ensuring Rowan will never be bothered again. As the healing process begins, Rowan is having a hard time dealing with Mather's dark side when she learns he has no remorse for killing, will she walk away or will the love she has for him make her see the man he truly is? Mather and Rowan begin a new life as they look towards the future, as Mather knows Rowan is his everything and now his family is complete. All I can say is Watch Me Fall by Erin Trejo is highly addictive and this author has truly outdone herself with this romance story! This is a must read!

I received an ARC the author to review. I’ve read many book and this is my first review. So here we go…

This is a age gap forbidden romance story about Mather and Rowen his daughter’s best friend.
Mather is a single dad who raised his daughter on his own. He is a man who know what he wants and charges full steam ahead once his mind is made up. However, the unexpected feelings he has for Rowen give him pause. At least for a little while. She is of legal age but still his daughters age & her best friend.

Rowen doesn’t have the best home life so she spends a fair amount of time with her bestfriend. They work together at Mathers club. She has always had a crush on her boss. Will her feelings be returned? Will he treat her like all the others? You’re going to have to read it to find out. Trust me you won’t regret it!

Wow this was one roller coaster of a ride read. Mather and Rowan have a bit of a taboo relationship, falling for your best friend's dad and all. But holy these two have chemistry, like off the charts chemistry. I love that these two got their hea, they both deserve it after the past they went thru.

This was a little suspenseful age-gap romance with some dark themes thrown in. It's intriguing and I loved seeing Rowan and Mather navigate their taboo relationship and I sort of liked Mather's caveman tendencies even if at times I also wanted to hit him. This was a steamy, fun read.

An oh so good forbidden fruit that’s ripe for the picking for this daughters best friend story. The temptations and the teases between Rowan and Mathers for sure heated up as they danced around each other but as they finally jumped all in together, it was definitely a fire that couldn’t be extinguished.

Mather older, alpha male, protective, loves is daughter Kelly and is falling for her best friend Rowan. Rowan younger, sassy, sweet and is falling for her best friend dad. Right from beginning this book will pull you in and keep you turning page after page to see what happens. It's emotional, heartbreaking, full of twist, turns, romance, and so much more. A deliciously, sexy forbidden novel. From the very first page I was drawn into Mather and Rowan's story and I couldn't get enough of it. This novel proves that age is just a number and if you have chemistry and a connection with someone, it really doesn't matter how big the age gap is. I loved the chemistry and sexual tension between Mather and Rowan, and I loved the slower progression of their relationship. Both of them had to not only deal with their growing feelings for one another but they wanted to handle the situation delicately because Rowan is best friend's with Mather's daughter. It sounds like a complicated situation but everything worked out exactly the way it should. I loved the twists and turns of this novel, two particular events happened in the book that took my breath away. I really didn't know what was going to happen and I couldn't flip the pages fast enough to find out how it would end. Mather is protective, often times jealous but honestly one of the sweetest guys ever. He truly adores Rowan and I loved watching their romance progress. I highly recommend checking out this book. You won't be disappointed!

Mather and Rowan’s book was Hot from the Get go, Erin Knows how to write her Alpha Males that keep you coming back for more. Each page was jumping with intriguing action and H.A.F scenes that have you begging for more. Age gaps don't mean a thing with Mather and Rowan and lead to some pretty interesting Situations as well as Some that have you Praying that things go right.

Mather is a take no hold bar type of alpha male that knows what he wants and when he wants it, but soon he will be tested to the brink of losing all faith in not only himself but the situation he is falling into quickly, this test is one that could bring him to his knees.

Rowan has always had a thing for the one Man she knows she could possibly never have, but when she get the courage to act upon those feelings, will Rowan make the biggest fool of herself or will she fall to her knees just to be next to the Hotness that is the Alpha of her dreams? Can Rowan stand and not cower in the darkness that will soon surrounder her.

Age Gap With Lots of Chemistry

Who says you can’t want your daughter’s best friend especially when that person wants you right back?! Kelly and Rowan have been best friends forever but now that they’ve grown up those two have been working for Kelly’s father, Mather, at one of the clubs he owns. Mather had fought his desire for Rowan and she wasn’t making it easy on him but then again Mather thought he could make demands on who Rowan could be with. Let’s just say that Rowan was going to make Mather squirm until he couldn’t hold back any longer. The chemistry between these two were off the charts and they sure were burning up the pages.

Mather isn’t a man to mess with and he’d do anything to protect those he loves and he has a chance to prove that when things go sideways and Rowan is taken. There is mafia involvement which always makes things interesting. I have to say that I really loved not only this couple but this family as well. This is a book you don’t want to miss if you like sexy hot men that finally buckle and go after the women they want.

Watch Me Fall was an intriguing read and my first by this author. Overall, I did enjoy the book but it wasn’t what I had hoped.
Mather used to know happiness and love with his daughter, Kelly's, mother. Then she left him to raise their daughter on his own. From then on, he overcame any and all obstacles, building an empire in the process. Things change when he realizes how grown his daughter's best friend, Rowan, is but she’s forbidden fruit and he has to stay away. Unfortunately, his will isn’t strong enough. He will do whatever it takes to have her, no matter the cost.
These two characters were fire which I loved. Also, I’m addicted to angst and this story didn’t have any of the angst I was expecting. The characters were entertaining but they really needed more depth and emotion. There was an element of danger and suspense crafted around the MC's story. I do recommend people give this a try because you could completely feel differently. This is my honest opinion, freely given.

Mathers is attracted to his adult daughter’s best friend, Rowen. And the attraction is mutual. Rowen works at Mathers’s nightclub where his protectiveness of her comes to light when a dangerous man takes a liking to her.

Mathers and Rowen are super hot together. Their chemistry is sizzling hot. Even though there is an age difference, their relationship felt natural and not forced. I loved the angst and tension between the two. Mathers is super jealous and protective of Rowen which worked well for him. And Rowen was just as strong and knew how to stand up for herself. She challenged him and made him a better man.

I really liked this as it was more than just an age gap romance. There was some serious alpha dom male actions going on, mafia ties, and plenty of action. Mather has watched Rowan grow up with his daughter, Kelly. But now that they’re adults he’s seeing her in a whole new light. Crossing that line was never in his sights but she drives him crazy! Things get very complex when a colleague takes notice in Rowan, and not in a good way. Mather will do anything and everything to make sure his girls are safe.

Yeah the attraction and temptation is on the charts with Rowan and Mathers.. possessive and infatuation are just a few words that I would describe Mathers once he claims her...

Definitely a book you will want to read to see what happens with the characters... Will the age difference between the two be an issue, will they have a happily ever.. or like true Erin will she kill someone off... Read for your self.❤️

HOLY HOT H*L^!!!!!! Watch Me Fall is a sinfully dark, delicious, gritty, forbidden, age gap read that follows Mather and Rowan, his daughters best friend. She's had a crush on him for ages and he's recently taken notice that she's definitely not a little girl anymore. He just has to figure out how it can happen without causing problems with his daughter. This story has a bit of everything. Hold on tight for this ride.
