Pride biker Cris can’t stand to watch his girl, Camille, wither into nothing but he can’t help her unless she lets him in. Cris loves being a patched member of the Pride and he’ll do anything for his brothers. But he needs their help now and they’re only happy to assist in any way. Cris loves his girl, Camille, only she doesn’t know she’s his girl yet. He’s watched her count apple slices and crackers, wear a threadbare coat, and not spend any money. Where is it all going? When he finds out the truth, he seethes with rage. Not at Camille, but at her so-called *bleeping* family. They’re like vampires, sucking her soul and bleeding her of all her hard-earned money. Cris means to put a stop to it. First things first, he needs to show Camille he loves her and has her back. Can Cris protect Camille when danger surrounds them or will she bolt?

Cris is a MC romantic suspense not to be missed. This book is the poster child for those people who have destructive family members and don’t set boundaries. Just because someone births you doesn’t mean you have to continue the abuse cycle when you’re an adult. My heart went out to Camille time and again. I adored Cris and his protective nature. The plot moves at a great pace with equal amounts of romance and suspense. As I read late into the night, I couldn’t help but wonder what would happen next. I simply adore this series. A.G. Kirkham is a brilliant writer who writes emotional stories about life, love and being a part of a motorcycle gang. The characters are drawn with realistic brush strokes, and they leap from the page. The emotional narration, though, is what makes Cris an unputdownable romance. The reader is engulfed by the romance and the tension. So, so good! If you love MC romance, you’ll want to read Cris. If dark romantic suspense is your reading jam, this is your next read. I can’t wait to see what happens next.

LOVED THIS BOOK!

I am a new reader of A.G. Kirkham after having read this book first. I know it’s out of order, but I have to tell you, I am now a fan and have purchased the entire “Satan’s Pride” series.

Cris is a member of Satan’s Pride and runs the garage, fixing cars and motorcycles. He loves his place in the pride and the family of brothers he has found. He’s always been somewhat of a loner but Camille has definitely caught his eye. He’s knows she’s the one and he will claim her.

Camille is a nurse in the prides medical clinic, working alongside Saint. She is trying to make ends meet but with a demanding family taking every cent she makes, she is barely getting by on her salary. She loves her job and having daily interactions with the motorcycle club.

Cris notices everything about Camille, including the fact she’s losing weight and knows something is going on with her. When he brings up what he has witnessed, the entire club decides to look deeper into what is going on with Camille. It is also time for Cris to declare not only to the club but also to Camille that she belongs to him.

Camille knows there is something to the connection she and Cris share but how can she bring him into the mess that is her life and family? She tries to push him away and reject his declaration but how long can a girl deny the inevitable?

Cris is a rollercoaster ride of two people who need each other. The story is touching, loving and shows that family isn’t always created by blood. It is created by the ties that bind you to those who love, respect and will always protect you.

As I stated earlier, I am a new reader to A.G. Kirkham but now I am a true fan. If you are already a fan of the “Satan’s Pride” series, you won’t be disappointed by this Cris. If you’ve never read any of her books, I highly recommend going to the first book and start there but this is a book you can read as a standalone and not be lost. A great book in an amazing series.

Satan’s Pride is absolutely a family. Where Cris and Camille might have made mistakes left to their own devices, their Pride family made sure that they don’t make the same mistakes they did. Guard giving advice to Cris about how to handle Camille’s family. And Vi sharing with Camille to not let pride ruin her relationship. It’s clear that this group of people really want the best for their own.

I love Cris’ backstory. Nothing in particular obviously drives him to a life in a motorcycle club, but his need to belong drives him to find family outside of his own. He loves them unconditionally, but needs more affirmation in his own life. This is accepted and encouraged both by the club and his family. I think it’s beautiful.

The main couple in this book is wonderful, good for each other and so sweet with one another. Theirs is a relationship built on friendship and trust. But my favourite thing about this book is the depth of family created in this brotherhood, and their support and acceptance of each other.

Oh my goodness, Cris and his lady Camille stole my heart! This author writes lighter MC romances. The focus is on the couple and the club is there to support them and the trials that come their way. Its all about family, brotherhood, loyalty, respect. All the couples that have I have read have been lovely, fun reads. This couple is no different. Cris is so sweet to Camille right from the start. He truly embodies the alpha male, one who protects, provides and loves the people in his care. He does everything he can to help her and by the same token, get to know her. Camille is skittish at first, life hasn't been easy at all for her. Luckily she sees early on that she can trust Cris and the club to be there for her when no one else ever has. I couldn't put this down, I think I read it in one day. It is books like this that remind me why I read romance. So beautiful and sweet, I highly recommend it!

I voluntarily reviewed a copy of "CRIS". This is my first book A.G. Kirkham she did a great job writing this story that hooks from the start.
Camille is a nurse that works with Saint in the Satan's Pride MC medical clinic trying to make ends meet but her family such as they are take everything from her leaving with barely anything to survive.
Cris has been in love with Camille since the first time he saw her he knows somethings wrong she's lost weight & he knows she family troubles.
Satan's Pride steps in to see what's going on with Camille's family it's time Cris tell her she's his the club also he wants to help but she trts to push him away not wanting him involved with her family.
I definitely recommend get this very interesting intriguing story dealing with family drama, the bullying from Camille's family will Cris & Satan's Pride be able to help her deal with everything you just get this book to see how things turn out it won't disappoint.

We were introduced to Camille in Saint's book. Cris has loved her from the first moment he sees her. This book focuses on the love between Camille and Cris along with her complex and troubling family issues which are resolved with the help of Satan's Pride. In the end we also see dynamics between Guard, the President of Satan's Pride, and his brother Ghost (setting us up for the next book). I enjoyed this book and loved that Cris's family was warm and welcoming to Camille who grew up in a less than loving environment. Minor details were left out regarding Camille's relationships between she and her brothers and parents, along with the cover model having brunette hair when we are told more than once that Camille is a blonde - with these edits this book could be five stars. Received as an ARC and leaving my honest review. This is a new author to me so I didn't know what to expect but the synopsis looked interesting so I was keen and I must say I was not disappointed! The plot was well thought out, characters well developed and the pace and suspense was just right.

As MC stories go, I would say this one is more about family, brotherhood and camaraderie and they're a clean club but that in no way lessened my enjoyment of the book as I liked that the characters were warm, loving and supportive of each other. Loved the chemistry between Cris and Camille and you can't help but root for them to get their HEA. The snippets about the other members and their old ladies have me intrigued so I'll be checking out the other books in the series for sure!

I love this series! I love the brotherhood, loyalty, acceptance and love that comes with this family. I really love the Lady Pride! These women, even with all they've been through, stand strong and fierce as h*l^, especially when it comes to their men. And I love Cris! He is bada*^ and will do ANYTHING for those he loved. He's taken a liking to Camille
from the very beginning and is relentless in his quest for her.  She'll never know what hit her. Unfortunately Camille has a big mess following her and she's at a loss for what to do about it. But, The Pride backs down from nothing and quitting is never an option.

A great addition to the Satans Pride series.

Camille is a Nurse, She moved for a fresh start and to distance herself from her demanding family who are slowly leeching the life out of her, she lives on nothing as her mom bleeds her dry she is threatened and beat up by her brother. She sees the family Satans Pride are and can only wish she had that.

Cris is strong, loyal, and caring and he knows the moment he sees Camille she will be his, He knows something isn’t right as determined to do whatever it takes to help Camille and to keep her safe. Cris wants to show Camille what a real family his and to make a part of the Pride family.

Cris and Camille’s story is/was a great read!

I've been waiting for Cris and Camille's story since the snippet at the end of Saint, Cris is the newly patched member and he has had a thing for Saint's nurse from the first time he saw her. He knew something was wrong which was only confirmed when he snuck into her home and saw how sparse it was. Seems like her family aren't to good and take, take, take and she has nothing for herself. Cris gets Cam to open up and together with the Pride they help her end the bullying, but her family don't like it.

Page turning read, I loved it.

Another excellent addition to the Satan's Pride series! Cris has always been the go to guy in the past books, this time its his turn to shoot for the golden ring. Cammy has it rough and doesn't know what it's like to have the love of a good family, until she meets Cris and the Pride. Not only are we given Cris's story, but we are introduced to a new prospect who will hopefully have his own story told sometime in the future.

This Satan's Pride Series is fantastic and Cris and Camille's story is another hit. Again you don't have to read the other to enjoy but I would - just to get the full experience from this author. Cris is steady and knows what he wants and Camille is just fighting to keep her head above water. Reading about these two finding their way was pure goodness. You have family drama, the brotherhood, chemistry on fire and one great story. Enjoy! I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

What an incredible story!
Cris is the first book I have read from this author. Even though I did not read the other books in this series, I was not lost. There were enough references to past stories that I was able to understand.

Camille has been sending all her money to her family, and when she cannot do it, they come after her. Cris knew that Camille was his the minute he saw her. He and his brothers in Satan’s Pride will do anything to keep her safe.

We meat Cris in a previous book, and this is his story. Cris knows that Camille is the one for him the first time he meets her. Now he must protect her from her family and the danger they have brought on her, and show her how a real family is. Good story line well written and edited. This will stay on my Kindle for a re-read in the future. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

I am a huge fan of the Satan's Pride MC series and this is no exception. Chris recognizes that Cammie is trying to hide her financial situation. When the reason is revealed, the Pride family doesn't hesitate to accept Cammie as one of their own and come to her aid. Great story of what makes a family and it doesn't have to be by blood. It is also about offering second chances and earning those chances.

Wow I adore Cris and Camille. She has a bad situation and he would do anything to help her. Watching them fight side by side to get past it all and find their love is absolutely amazing. They have to be my favorite couple. I want to read more about them. I also want to know more about some of the other members especially Ghost. I want to know his back story. Don’t miss this amazing book.

Great story and the characters were well written, the main and the supporting. First book in this series I have read but look to read more. There were ups and downs in the book as Cris and Camille have to deal with her toxic family. Love scenes were good and who doesn't like family drama. Time well spent.
