A rebel alien roaming the far reaches of the galaxy. An Interstellar Bride on the run for her life. When her life crash lands into his on a remote planet, they'll need each other to survive.
The Interstellar Brides Program guarantees it can match any female on Earth, even a cynical, street-wise, and very jaded Zara, who just wants to start over. But when she arrives on her new home planet... she gets more than promised:
Murder? Check. Smugglers? Check. A sexy as hell pirate who demands she follow his orders? Um, what?
Zara didn't volunteer for this mess, but she's a fighter. A survivor. She'll work with a sexy--did I say bossy?--rebel to bring down the bad guys and take on a Rogue 5 legion in order to obtain what she wants, a white picket fence kind of life in outer space... if she can live long enough to get it.
As with the other Interstellar Bride book, they read great as a continuing saga, but each book will read well as a stand-alone. The story of an alien, Isaak from Trion, a rogue space pirate who is after Hive integrations, and has made a lucrative sale, is ready to leave when he learns of a human at this location. Knowing of Cerebus and the danger to this human, he will see Zara, from Earth—and while he usually won’t get involved, he can’t walk away—knowing her life is on the line.
Zara will enter the Interstellar Brides program, leave her life in Boston, and matched to Naron of Trion. She will arrive, meet her mate, and within moments, he will be murdered by his Councilor, Bertok. Transported to another location and then sold to Cerberus. While on a rogue planet, she will be displayed and handed off to a trader who will take her to Cerberus, but fate will intervene by Isaak.
The plot will have Isaak rescuing Zara and taking her aboard his spacecraft to escape those who want her. Learning she was on Trion, his home planet, and the events that lead up to her capture will have him taking her back to Trion. The journey includes dominance and submission, as these two are attracted to one another. Can Isaak master her, or will she master him?
“You want someone to dominate you, to take control, to allow you to let go of all your troubles, to give them up.”
While Zara is tough and proves to have street smarts to protect herself, she is small, and with the various aliens on this rogue planet, it will take the help of Isaak to get her out of there. He is intrigued by her spunk and sassiness but wants her to submit to his level of control and dominance. It is a massive give and take and not necessarily a victory.
“She was soft. Defiant. Beautiful.” “I do not bring pain, gara. Only pleasure.”
Zara and Isaak will have the help of Zenos and his mate, Ivy, from Earth. (The Rebel and the Rogue (Interstellar Brides® Program Book 19) Together, they will be fighting a new battle, and it is not only for her freedom but for his people of Trion. When it is all resolved, what will become of these two? Will he leave Trion and go back to his lonely life in space? Will Zara fall under the protection of her dead mate’s family? Or, will these two accept that sometimes fate has a sense of humor.
“Isaak. Mine. Forever. My master. My mate.”
“My home. My life. My everything.”
“He had a family. He had me. I had a new planet. A mate. A life. Love.”
The story has mystery, suspense, passion, secrets, and angst. Not everything is as it seems, and things don’t always work out as planned. Sometimes, it takes doing the right thing, for the right reason, getting involved, and accepting that nothing in return will come---unless freely given. Zara can’t return to Earth, and she doesn’t want to; what she wants is someone to accept her as she is, love her, and let her love them. The chemistry between them sizzles off the pages—and together, they can heal and have a new life.
“I wasn’t to be handled carefully because I was a dainty flower. No, I had to be handled carefully because I was an atomic bomb.”
I loved Zara. She was a kickass heroine. The story was just okay though. I kind of couldn’t understand why someone so kickass didn’t want to go adventuring on a space ship. Nope, she wanted to settle down and wear floaty dresses. That was a bit lame.
Rebel Mate By Grace Goodwin Grace definitely brought the heat and adventure in this book. Each book in this series gets better. I really enjoyed Zara characters she a fighter and I really like how her character was written. There plenty of action and the love scene are smoking hot. Another amazing story I can add to my collection. No spoilers here.

This is a different story from the typical Interstellar Brides Program. I loved the change and the female character, Zara. She was a warrior female, who was brave, strong, and decisive. Isaak was the perfect mate for her. I was a little confused in the beginning but stick with it because the story is fabulous.
This story started really strong for me Zara pretty much rescued herself, from being delivered to a really bad guy, when she was kidnapped after witnessing the death of her brand new Interstellar Brides Program mate. While Zara did the initially start her own self-rescue, she quickly realized she may need some assistance with completing the rescue. She figured Isaak was the lesser of two evils and took him up on his offer to help get her off the planet.
Zara was used to taking care of herself, whereas Isaak was used to taking care of the females in his world. A woman is supposed to be protected and submissive in his mind, to bad his body was enjoying the insubordination that Zara continuously challenged him with.
While Zara is able to take care of herself physically she craves the warmth and closeness that she feels being a part of a family will bring. To her submitting to Isaak maybe too much of a sacrifice to make, to bad her body likes his punishments and she pushes his buttons at times to bring those punishments about.
I have no problem with someone wanting family, love and the whole package, totally understand there are things you may have to sacrifice to get it. However once we get to Isaak’s planet all of the fight seemed to leave Zara and we end up with a woman who becomes totally obsessed with getting her family no matter what. As kick butt as these two were they couldn’t seem to get out of their own way to tell the other how they felt.
Isaak kept demanding that Zara submit to him, never did he once tell her that by submitting to him she would have everything she wanted, he would love her, honor and cherish her and have the family she wanted. When he finally does for me it just came across so lackluster. Towards the end Zara did get her fight back, unfortunately for me at that point I had cooled to both of them.
I enjoyed the beginning of the book more as they got to know each other, their horizontal encounters were very steamy. I’m not a fan of calling someone “master” when it comes to sexy times but I was able to ignore it for the most part. Things lost momentum once we hit Isaak’s planet for me.

Zara Novak is a spunky, feisty, fighter who has had a rough life growing up and surviving on the streets. It’s time to start over with a new and better life, so she signs up to be an interstellar bride. She is matched to someone on Trion and her new mate Naron is murdered right in front of her! She is saved from being auctioned by Isaak, but someone is still after her. He takes her aboard his spacecraft to escape from those who want to take her captive again. But the scrappy little human would not hesitate to fight by his side to take down the bad guys. She is not what he would have expected in a female.
This author has been one of my favorites for eons! I could always count on her for a fantastic book. But like with many of the sci-fi authors lately, I see a direction I totally dislike. I positively do not like discipline, punishment, or spanking themes, feeling they are completely inappropriate as relates to adults. For me at least, it adds absolutely nothing of value to the story, turns my stomach, and disappoints me in my reading enjoyment. I am not a prude, but this for me is OTT and ruins an excellent story. Please, stop adding kinky nonsense that is just plain nasty. I lost all respect for both characters with the dominant/submissive tug-of-war. The whole thing leaves a bad taste in my mouth. When you want someone to just love you, you don’t need a punishing “Master” to tell you how you will obey or else the punishment will begin! That’s not love!
The Interstellar Brides series takes place at a time where aliens are real and there are several different planets and species. There is a galactic enemy known as the hive, which is a technological species that invades planets and either kills its inhabitants or transforms their captives into one of them. A coalition was formed between the planets who are at war with the hive. Each member of the coalition is required to supply soldiers and brides to the cause. Soldiers to fight the hive, and brides to repopulate the diminished that have fallen victim to the war. There is a neurological test that a bride takes to me matched to their perfect alien planet, then their perfect alien match on that planet, through a series of sexual desires that only our subconscious can answer for. Earth allows for volunteers to apply to the program, or grants female criminals the option to become a bride over a prison sentence. Those who volunteer are paid a healthy sum of money, and those who are prisoners are given clean slates. All applicants are required to give up their Earth citizenship to become a resident of their new chosen planet. A bride has 30 days to accept or reject their match. If they accept their claim, they are mated to their new alien husband for the rest of their lives where they are expected to make babies. If they reject their mate, they are assigned a new one on that same planet. Where they are still expected to make babies. Warden Egara makes continued appearances throughout the series as she is the one who processes the brides in the Florida.
Written in first person, Rebel Mate is book 20 in this series and follows the human bride Zara Novak and her mate Isaak from Trion. Zara was originally matched to Councilor Bertok’s guard named Neron from Trion. Anyone who has kept up with this series remembers Bertok as the old, evil, malicious dirty councilor who is always stirring up trouble. This book is no exception. Neron was murdered by Bertok within the first 5 minutes of Zara’s arrival. He then sold her to Cerberus. Luckily, her transit was intercepted by Isaak. Isaak is from Trion, but after his twin brother died, he was shunned by his parents and chose to spend 4 years in space, hunting and selling hive tech. Because of the weird time continuum of Trion, 4 years in space was only a couple months on Trion. After Isaak rescued Zara from Cerberus - the fact that the leader is still alive after Zenos killed him in book 19 is beyond me - they met with Ivy and Zenos then returned to Trion to await intel. Turned out there was a scheming plot where Bertok traded Zara in exchange for Cerberus to launch an attack on Isaak’s father’s territory. When Bertok didn’t deliver Zara for his part of the bargain (because she escaped) Cerberus decided to blow up Bertok at the council meeting instead. Thankfully, Isaak and his father saved the day before it could happen and Bertok was taken into custody. Isaak and Zara fell in love with each other along the way, living happily ever after.
Trions are humanoid. They’re larger than humans but smaller than Prillions. They have huge cocks, give spankings and punishments, and they have an S&M bondage culture complete with a submissive and master. They love to adorn their women with jewelry, specifically nipple and clit piercings, and never allow their women to have “rights.” They are essentially nothing more than a sex slave and baby factory, but their “masters” treat them well. They don’t do multiple partners as they are dominant, territorial and don’t share well with others. I love the whole “mine” theme, but that’s about all I love about Trion. I am not a Trion fan, they’re probably my least favorite of the species, next to Vikens.
There have been way too many romance novels I’ve read that had me frustrated and yelling “Jesus Christ, when are they gonna fuck?! Get to the good shit already!” When we’re 50% in, and the main characters have barely kissed each other, leaves readers like me aggravated. This is NOT one of those books. I’m fairly confident that there is more sexual content in this book than adventure. It is, quite literally, word porn.
Spankings take place in every single book. If any man spanked me, I would probably kill them in their sleep, but I guess some women do enjoy them. Spankings are more of a turn-off than turn-on in my case, so I just ignore those parts of the books like “nope, that didn’t just happen.”
As I’ve read through this series and all its spin offs, I can attest that the plot is incredibly addictive. I am way too invested in each book, in all its adventure and romance. Grace Goodwin has ruined me for all other romance novels. After reading her material, I find the others to be tame, dull and overall anticlimactic. The plot running in the background of each book, circling the war against the hive, is addictive. This is one of the few series where the adventure is just as intriguing as the romance scenes. I am not ashamed to admit that I have read each of her books at least twice. 🫶🏻

I totally love this book from beginning to end! So much action, suspense, romance, hot sizzling sex, and LOVE!!!!
I never tire of reading Grace Goodwin's books and every book, as different as it is, will always manage to get you hooked reading it straight through. There is no break or stopping for breaks as it just pulls you in and before you know it, you are hooked. You will never be able to pull away from the Interstellar Bride's Series story until you finish reading her books to the end (or better yet; finish reading the end of the Bonus Content).
I love ALL of Grace Goodwin's books. With that being said, this book right away pulled me in with the shocking twist in the beginning of the book. From there, I knew I was going to spend my day reading and thinking about this book.
You just can't help but get so immersed with the plot and storyline of this book that you can't help but feel that you are living and experiencing everything that is going on with the characters but mainly the main character of Zara.
I won't say much at all about the story as I feel I would be giving away quite a bit but I would definitely encourage you to read this book as there is so much going on with Zara and her way of survival as well as dealing with Isaac and the forces of Cerbereum.
Seriously? Why isn't any one of Grace Goodwin's books picked up by the that of Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video or any other movie network or agency? In all her books, there is an ongoing war between the Hive (similar to the Borg in Star Trek but totally different) and the Coalition ( which is made up of an alliance of different planets with different Aliens and/Species- which some are soooo pleasing to the eyes of the mind here) as well as characters that we all can relate to which makes them unforgettable. Then add action, romance, suspense, drama, mystery, hot sizzling sex and LOVE, (yes I said that before but wanted to mention this again) and you truly have an experience that takes you to a level of fulfilment as well as that to the matters of the heart!❤️ It truly does and I am always wanting more after reading one of Grace Goodwin's books. I mean that too.
I really hope that one day I am able to see of one or more of Grace Goodwin's stories (mainly that of the Interstellar Bride's Series) becomes a movie or series. I would truly love to see that as Grace Goodwin is truly an amazing great writer. Once a month, I know that I will always be transported to a new or familiar planet for a few hours ( which is one of my favorite times for that month). I will always be wishing and waiting for Grace Goodwin's books to come to life either on the big screen (movie theaters). or the little screen (TV) but either way I will be here waiting for the next Grace Goodwin story next month while still reveling in the aftermath of reading Rebel Mate. It's that good!!! A hearty toast as always to one of the best writers always, Grace Goodwin!!! 🍷🥂🍹
Space Pirate meets Interstellar Bride candidate, in this suspenseful tale of murder, lies, spies, and of course a hot dominant alien. Zara has been sent to Trion to meet her mate. She has had a rough life, she was poor, lived on the streets and fight for everything she had. She’s a scrappy one that Zara. Isaak has been a Space Pirate for 4 years, since he left Trion for good. He had a falling out with his family and has been fighting the hive and dealing with scourge of the galaxy. That is until he hears rumors that there is a human female about to be turned over to the EVIL Cerberos. Ooohhh I hope Cerberos get’s what is coming to him!
This book took me through twists and turns, it took me through some incredibly steamy times too! Whew, Isaak is one heck of dominant alien who expects all women to be submissive...lololololol, how do think things will go when he meets a woman who is a fighter? Yep, this is going to be good! I enjoyed the story, though there was just a tad to much (he won’t want me after, she won’t give into me and trust) for my personal taste, but I also get where the characters would feel that way based on their life experiences.
I think my favorite part of the book was the ending, when everything came together, and it all just clicked. Isaak and his past, Zara and her desires, the spies and lies, and the storyline....it was a fabulous ending! If you like you like hot alien pirates.... you will love Isaak. If you like a strong, independent woman that can stand on her own two feet...even if a big ole alien is picking her up...you will love Zara. If you like a good revenge story...you will like this book! I don’t think I will ever tire of the Interstellar Brides and look forward to the next book!

Rebel Mate is the twentieth book set within the Interstellar Brides Program series, but can be read easily as a stand alone. Zara has dreams of getting away from her rough life on earth, but as soon as she meets her matched mate, he’s murdered right in front of her and she’s sold off. Never one to shy away from a fight, with Isaak’s help, they escape. Feeling a connection to Isaak, Zara needs to guard her heart, but when the danger passes, what will Zara do next if she believes that no one truly wants her?
Goodness, this book had me hooked from the beginning and I did not want to stop reading! It was very emotional, and I honestly wasn’t expecting that. Drama, action, connection, passion, absolutely! But there were some serious emotions that both Zara and Isaak needed to work through, individually and together as a couple. Trust was needed from both of them, but hiding behind the pain of their pasts was easier for them to do. Zara is such a strong character, a warrior in her own right, never one to back down from a fight, but she also craved stability, someone to cherish her, and love from her mate. I loved her courage as much as I loved her vulnerabilities. Isaak was perfect for her, because he let her be herself while showing her more of her hidden desires. He had his own issues to work out with his past, and while he wants Zara to be fully his, he feels like he has nothing to offer her. I loved their connection, I loved their interactions, and I loved their passion! When you add in the drama and danger, I just didn’t want to put this book down! So good! Might be a new favorite! I highly recommend this whole series!
Even after 20+ books in this series, the stories are still unique, sexy, romantic and full of drama and adventure. Grace Goodwin does a fantastic job of making the characters seem so realistic that you can’t help but immerse yourself into the story and cheer for their happily ever after.
The world building is vivid, the danger is stark and sometimes unsettling, and the whole story is so engaging you can’t put the book down until the end (and then you just can’t wait for the next book!). It is always great to see characters from previous books (this story is a standalone, it is much more enjoyable if you have read the previous books in the series). Although each story is an erotic romance, you always get a sort of life lesson, or food for thought which might apply to you. In this book, it is about letting go of the past, and learning to trust others. Or not. This book can also just be a very enjoyable and entertaining break from reality. I just can’t recommend the Interstellar Brides series enough, or any of Grace Goodwin’s stories actually.
I received this book from the author at Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my honest review. Since I rely heavily on reviews to make decisions about purchases, I will never lie or over exaggerate my opinion. There is nothing worse than seeing a bunch of 5 star reviews and realizing the book is full of errors or just plain bad and not worth my hard earned money!
Splendid addition ti Interstellar Brides Program This book was off to a simply spectacular read it was high octane, full of energy and happenings from the very start to the last page. Zara has grown up rough and tough living in the streets and at times hungry and in danger so was able to protect herself and fight as and when necessary. Arriving in her new home and then meeting her mate and then in horror seeing as he was struck down by a corrupt councillor that had then proceeded to send her to Cerberus as payment in kind. I'd ask also from Trion comes to her assistance and they fight side by side, he is in awe of the tiny human female with the bravery of an Atlan, he was in awe of her as they run together he realises that his feelings are growing. They then have to hide out on Trion whilst they wait on answers from colleagues, Isaak’s parents arrive at his home and are surprised to discover ho w much he has matured and grown in the time he has been battling the Hive in space on his own. This is a captivating read with so much happens holding you totally riveted to the story, the characters and the plot along with the actual repercussions make it impossible to put down until you reach the end of the book I voluntarily received and review an Advanced Reader Copy I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the great writing.
Malgrado tutto. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The writing and editing of the ARC version of the manuscript was fairly clean, with only occasional typos. The world building was quite vivid, which was a pleasure to read. The characterization was well done, with both hero and heroine being sympathetic individuals with strengths and weaknesses. The development of the romantic relationship was hot and paced well. The plot and pacing were quick and exciting, meaning I read this novel in one sitting. There was low angst and very high stakes in this romance novel, which I typically prefer in a romance novel. This novel used the Prodigal Son and Partner in Trouble tropes. The world building, plot and pacing were all four stars. The characterization and development of the romantic relationship were also four stars. I therefore gave this novel a combined rating of four stars. This novel had a Happy Ever After ending instead of a cliffhanger, so that was a big plus. I recommend this novel to readers who enjoy sci-fi romances with BDSM elements. I look forward to reading the next novel in this series when it releases, and I will be buying myself a keeper copy of this novel.

On reading this book a second time, I realize how much I liked the story. Goodwin has built this whole interplanetary world. After dozens of books, she still manages to keep the stories fresh, within the familiar structure.
An interstellar bride is sent to the planet Trion. What is unique about Trion is the men are very dominant, feminists will hate this, and the women are adorned with body jewelry that is visible under the sheer gowns. So varying levels of light BDSM.
This book begins with a bride sent to meet her perfect mate. She’s arrived no more than three minutes, when her groom is murdered. The murderer sells her to a bad guy on another planet. While at a stopover she manages to escape her captors. A space pirate decides to rescue her. That’s the original set up. These alien grooms are not supposed to die! The rest of the book is about the relationship developing between the main characters.
I really enjoyed the book. She had not written about Trion for a while. Although Trion is my least favorite of the planets, this story of two wounded characters finding one another made me rethink that planet. It is still not my favorite, but I am giving this book 4.25 stars because the story is new, and well done
Zara was looking forward to meeting her new mate and spending her life free but things took a different turn. Her mate was taken from her as soon as she arrived. She wasn’t going to let that be the end. She was going to see justice for him. She would catch his killer, Bertok. Isaak was just selling what he needed to get new parts for his ship. He was a pirate and was not going to get involved. But when he hears of a human, he just has to see for himself. She sparks things in him. But the rescue becomes more then an easy flight.
WOW, when I first started reading I thought I missed something. I don’t recall ever just jumping into a mate, meet, and than BOOM. That was a shock. Who knew it was going to be this cut throat. Zara’s life has gone from bad to worst. A girl can’t catch a break. But meeting Isaak was a blast. He believes her about her plight and is willing to help. But as their adventure moves into dangerous places, Zara is risking her heart. Isaak, just doesn’t realize what a treasure he has till it almost is too late. There is a lot that past hurt and emotions to get over. I was thrilled to see Ivy and Zeno.
This book was about a strong independent woman who can take care of herself on earth and has done so but on the inside she just wants to be taken care of for a change and most importantly to just feel safe and that’s why she signed up for the interstellar bride program and was matched to a Trion male but upon her arrival her mate Naron is killed by Bertok and now she is to be sold off on planet Occeron in the omega dome. At this very time Isaak is at the omega dome selling his hive tech to Ulza that works for Cerberus on rogue 5 but Isaak hears talk of a human being sold today and is warned by Ulza not to get involved and was leaving until he seen the human female and what a prize she was defiant, strong a fighter but scared and alone and right then he couldn’t leave her or Ivy would kill him because she was from earth as well. Now on the run from everyone trying to kill them and trying keep his hands off her proves to be to much and he makes her his for now. What happens next between them and can Isaak keep her alive long enough to maybe have a future with her or will she be taken from him.

Grace Goodwin takes a bold turn with Rebel Mate, delivering a gripping, high-stakes twist on her usual Interstellar Brides formula. This time, the heroine barely gets a moment with her matched mate before he’s murdered, throwing her into a nightmare she never expected.
Coming from Earth, she’s already had a tough life—an absent father, an unloving mother, and the harsh reality of living on the streets. Seeking stability, she joins the volunteer program, hoping to find a better life with her fated mate. Instead, tragedy strikes as soon as she arrives on Trion. Sold to the ruthless Cerberus group, her future looks bleak—until a rogue Trion rebel, Isaak, catches wind of an Earth female in trouble and feels compelled to save her.
Most of the book follows her journey to reclaim her life, fighting to heal while falling for Isaak. But despite their growing bond, she struggles with the belief that he doesn’t love her and will leave once the danger is gone. The blend of action, suspense, and romance makes this an intense, emotional read with all the passion and adventure Goodwin’s fans love.
This is book 20 in the series and I have read most of these
The Interstellar Brides Program guarantees it can match any female on Earth, even a cynical, street-wise, and very jaded Zara, who just wants to start over. But when she arrives on her new home planet... she gets more than promised... ... or more specifically what she is promised is snatched from her and she is stolen, sold, kicks ass, escapes, attacked, escapes and that is without any spoilers..and yes the rebel mate is hot, hunky and despite or because of his desires protects and serves (rolling eyes) this tiny furious female Lots of steamy moments, smiles, bad guys, great moments ....
Lines that set the tone of the book ....She held my gaze far longer than I thought possible for a fragile female, even when I placed my hand over my ion blaster to test her resolve. “Spare me the drama.” She waved a hand in the air. “If you were an asshole, you would have shot me already”.
LOL

Rebel Mate (Interstellar Brides Program Book 20) x Grace Goodwin
This Interstellar Brides book started with an unexpected heart stopping opening instead of the usual bride is transported and her mate(s) are waiting for her. Well her Tyrion mate was waiting but that didn’t go as planned. Zara is a tough sassy woman escaping a tough sentence on earth by volunteering for the Brides program. She is kidnapped after transport to be sold to one of the rebel leaders. She is rescued by Isaac, a rebel warrior not looking for trouble but finding he can’t resist the human woman being held against her will. Isaac and Zara have insurmountable odds to overcome but luckily we get to go on their roller coaster ride of suspense, danger, treason, romance, sizzling hot sexy times (Isaac is on the alpha dominant side) on the way to the HEA. This awesome page turner takes us through great world building with an original plot, great characters, lots of feels and excitement, that will leave you wanting for the next book quite impatiently.
I absolutely and completely love Rebel Mate. I love the whole Interstellar Bride Program series. Rebel Mates is actually the 20th book. Grace Goodwin is one of my top five favorite authors. I have read all of her published books and will continue reading them. I can’t wait for Grace’s next book to come out (doesn’t matter which series it belongs to). Grace writes some seriously hot books and very creative with her world and character building. Rebel Mate has so much heat and surprises. Rebel Mate grabs your attention from the first page and keeps it till the last page. Grace is so creative and can spin a story that you don’t want to put it down. Well, the heat alone makes it hard to put down but added in her creative worlds, characters, planets, etc is icing on the cake or should I be turning it around and say the heat is the icing. Oh well, either way Rebel Mate will keep you engrossed to the point you don’t want any distractions or have to put it down. Highly recommend Rebel Mate and Grace Godwin’s books. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
So our human female was matched and transported to her new mate but within minutes he’s murdered in front of her eyes & kidnapped.
Off on some pirate outpost she’s to be transported to her new master a very bad guy no one will mess with, that is until a handsome pirate who was there just to get paid saw her & had to help her get away.
She just happened to had been mated to his home planet, somewhere he hadn’t been in 4 years (only 1 month of the desert planets time as it works differently there)
He had to face the past when he went home, the guilt of his twin brother dying had ate away at him. But he had to warn his father about an attack they learned out to save his people.
Our girl was a tiny little spitfire who grow up on the streets on earth so everyone was shocked by how strong willed and fearless she was.
They save the day and finally admit to each other they want to be mates.
It’s cute the spice was fun.
It was very predictable but I enjoyed the seeing old characters we had met before & still enjoyed the ride

This is the latest story by Grace Goodwin in her Interstellar Brides Program. It was fantastic! I loved every second of it. I couldn't wait to see what happened next for Zara and Isaak. We went back to the planet Trion where Zara has been sent as a bride. She doesn't stay there long though. She has become part of plans for a traitor. Isaak has been making his way by hunting Hive solders and taking their parts to resell. On planet Occeron, he overhears some interesting news while completing a deal. He knows that he should leave well enough alone but something draws him in anyway. Zara grew up tough and was not going to go along with others' plans. “The Rebel Mate” is Book 20, in the Interstellar Brides series and as the other books in the series is a stand alone. As other books, it sizzles, smolders and electrifies! It is rich in content, character development and we care and worry about the characters. It is loaded with adventure, danger, SUSPENSE, enemies, allies, romance, and so much more! The story is filled with twists and turns and draws you in from page one until the end. Zara is a strong human female who encounters a horrible murder within minutes of her transporting to her Trion mate. Fortunately Isaak, the bad boy space pirate, a dominant, sexy, HOT Alpha male happened to be at the auction block and helped her escape from the slavers. Now, all they had to do was fight their enemies before they get their sexy happily ever after. I totally love this book from beginning to end! So much action, suspense, romance, hot sizzling sex, and LOVE!!!! Grace Goodwin, THANK YOU!!!
This is Isaak and Zara's story. I really enjoyed their story! Zara volunteers for the Interstellar Brides Program, her life on Earth is hard and she hopes for a new and better start, she is sent to Trion to meet her mate, but things didn't work out like they were supposed too, her mate is killed and she ends up being sold, and if it's the last thing she does she will get even and get back to Earth. Isaak is a rebel a pirate selling hive parts, during his deal he hears of a human on the planet, he knows he shouldn't care or get involved but he can't help himself. Zara frees herself and before she gets caught again Isaak helps her escape. The adventures begins... like with all the Interstellar Brides Program books i highly recommend!

This is another exciting and sensational read in the Interstellar Brides Program. You get thrown into the action right away as soon as Zara arrives on Trion. It just gets better from there with the introduction of Isaak, a sexy, broody rebel who decides to help Zara with her predicament. Zara is definitely tough and sassy and ready to take on the enemy herself, but has to admit that she could use a little help from Isaak, who is very much intrigued with and attracted to this fiery Earth woman. I love that there is pretty much non-stop action and adventure with so much delicious chemistry between Isaak and Zara. I devoured this book from the first page to the last! Zara is a just matched mate to a beautiful alien from Trion, Naron. Unfortunately as soon as her feet hit the floor, Naron is murdered by his very own boss who is a high Councilor and a traitor to his own planet. He uses Zara as a scapegoat and decides to sale her to Trion's enemy, Cerberus. Isaak, the unbeknown hero to this tale, is on the Omega Dome selling Hive pieces and parts to make a buck, when he hears there's a human female on the block. His heart tells him to save her but little does he know it's HIS heart that going to be saved by Zara. These two together really pack a punch. Literally so be warned they're moving fast and you won't put this down until the last word is read. Really good ya'll !!
With this book you hit the ground running and you never really stop. Holy cow there is a lot that happens, and Zara gets thrown into it right from the start. I absolutely adored her spunk and tenacity. Her background makes it very clear why she is able to keep her chin up and her sass coming. Isaak was the epitome of the gentleman rebel (he totally made me think of Han Solo, not going to lie). This book was very hard to put down, and only the threat of surviving on only 3 hours of sleep for the day convinced me to put my reader down for the night. Pick this book up after you have cleared your schedule and are ready to go on quite the ride.
