IN THE HIGH-TECH PARADISE OF INDIGO SANDS, PERFECTION EXISTS.
OR SO THEY THINK...
**A brand new technothriller story from Craig A. Falconer**
For Bianca Blane, a young but jaded online influencer, the fame she once sought now weighs heavily on her shoulders.
When she receives an exclusive invitation to spend a preview week in the cutting edge tourist resort of Indigo Sands, Bianca seizes the opportunity to disconnect from her increasingly demanding followers.
Indigo Sands strikes Bianca as truly pristine — perfect in every way.
She feels sure that she'll give the new resort a glowing endorsement as the most desirable destination in the world, home of the most advanced technologies ever created.
But before too long, a veil is lifted.
Because behind the facade, nothing is as it seems...

Too Good To Be True is the latest in a new series of Sci-Fi Sizzlers: standalone short stories from international bestselling author Craig A. Falconer. These stories can be read in any order — dive in today!
Bianca Blane is young, but she's seen and shown her audience enough that she's bored. She needs a change. Her boss sees it too, so he gets her an invitation to spend a preview week at the new Indigo Sands. Gorgeous weather, inviting beaches, being waited on hand and foot -- what's not to love? But that's just it. Is there too much perfection? Bianca is beginning to wonder......Craig A Falconer, as always, gets our attention immediately and keeps us turning pages as fast as we can. Another winner!
Another one of Falconers mind stretching evaluations where we ask ourselves those important questions. As tech & privacy change how we see ourselves and the world its interesting to see how much was foretold by these series of shorts. Either way another good short and inciteful page turner.
When I first started reading Falconer's short story series, Si-Fi Sizzlers, I wasn't sure I liked his style. However, I, or something, has changed. The man has a devious mind. I like it, and his stories, of which I have now read something like 12 or 13. Obviously I have grown to like them. Where is the next one?
Hard not to see current events here. Psychic Multiverse as a viable option for reality trading our imagination plus identifying info for our dreams. Good and thoughtful...
This is one of Craig's best short "SciFi Sizzlers", if not the best so far. I enjoy these a lot - after reading a bunch of Space Operas or multi-volume adventures, it's refreshing to dive in to something short but engaging and thought-provoking, then have time to ponder it. I hope he has more of these coming.
