A must read for every educator. I wish staff meetings across the US would use these routines and help every teacher and staff member learn about and focus on their wellness.
Good book that makes you think about how to help yourself as an educator or as someone that works in the schools. Writing prompts really helps you dial into the learning.
This is a great resource for putting yourself in the right mindset for a new school year. Hopefully I will stay committed to putting these things into practice to make it a great year.
