This was an entertaining story that had me captivated right from the very beginning and turning the pages quickly to see how it all plays out. It grabs your attention right from chapter one with a tragic murder and has you on the edge of your seat wondering who could have done it and which of the audacious 13 is going to be next.

The story is suspenseful, mysterious, drama filled and with some very interesting characters with unique and quirky personalities.

I enjoyed the story and look forward to reading the next as this one left us on a cliffhanger.

A year ago, a group of 13 audacious friends bought out the night at Enliven to celebrate a birthday for Braden with a sleepwear lingerie party. There were maybe 40 people in total including the wait staff. Before the evening is done, one of the audacious 13 is dead, hanging with her own thong. Now the women of the group have all claimed to be followed by a black car and some are getting creepy phone calls. Tasha is a fashion designer who needs to make a splash at her first-ever fashion showing. Mitsuo is an investment banker but he also loves fashion. And who is Annie Brickmore? This story is intense, contains romance and some steam, and ends in a cliffhanger. Highly recommended.

The death of a very close friend has affected Tasha deeply, especially as the killer is still at large. A collision whilst walking between Mitsuo and Tasha leads to a business introduction but there are hurdles to overcome first. Is Tasha safe? Is she being stalked? The killer is out there. Can Mitsuo save his newest venture before it has even started? This is a series with more to come. I'm hooked already.
